Great product, good price, it is what I excepted .

I thought by buying this card I would not have to input my credit card information when signing up online however, Nintendo makes you input your CC information regardless. Make sure you turn off auto-renew or your CC will be charged.

Switch online gives you cloud saves and let's you play online.

Online Services are lacking, but they charge you for it anyway. It probably has half the value.

Purchased the card in store and it was easy to set it up on the Switch. Only downside is they want you to provide a card for auto renewal in the future, so don't forget to cancel that if you don't want to auto renew.

I was really excited to start playing my switch when I tried to enter the code it did not work invalid code it’s unfortunate when I called health support they were closed And I looked on this website for support and it said it was non refundable

I like the price point, $20, but wish it had the ability to share with other users on the console, or make a more expensive one that is shareable to other users on the console. My daughter wanted to play the NES emulator (which is great) but couldn't use her account and it gets costly to provide access to everyone in your family

Didn't know that there was a online subscription with expansion this should be mentioned. You should be brought up before you finish your purchase when purchasing this item and no one says a thing. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

Nintendo - Switch Online 12 Month Membership Card, used only once

When scratching off the code it became illegible. Luckily the great Nintendo customer service helped me out and activated it for me. I wouldn't recommend the physical membership card because of the flaw of the code. Buy the digital only.

When I called customer service to clarify what this card provides, I was told it gave access to tons of games & other perks, so I bought it as a gift for my granddaughter. To my heavy dissatisfaction, this only provided minimal in game perks for games she didn't have. I was even more upset to find out that customer service would not exchange it for the right product despite me being misinformed.

Said the code didn’t work. Went to put it in and it kept coming up with an error basically saying the code wasn’t valid. I waited 24 hours like it recommended and it still didn’t work. Ended up getting the monthly subscription for $3.99

Not a very good service but Smash comes out in December so might as well get ready

My son has mostly played offline and is yet to explore Switch online fully.

Wish they had a lot more fleshed out online experience. But it's not bad.
