I signed up. Tried to use it... negative. It dosent acknowledge my account , my log in, useless. It acknowledged me on sign up, but when I tried to play games after the original set.up ... nothing would acknowledge me. Not worth the aggravation

Don’t buy it doesn’t work and they won’t refund your money back

I received it and it was never activated. So I tried to call Best Buy and the Customer Service refused to do anything and transferred me to a closed line. I had to get a hold of Nintendo, and now have to wait for them to activate it for me.

Unfortunately to get the most out of the AAA games offered, one needs an online subscription for cloud saves and to be able to play the game in general (I. e. Splatoon). Fortunately, it's only $20 a year which is a fraction of the cost compared to Xbox and PS.

Couldn’t wait to give this to my son and my nephew for Christmas. It didn’t work. I keep getting an error as if the memberships were already redeemed. I’m so frustrated!!!!

Careful when scratching the barcode and or pin oh otherwise you will not be able to read the numbers to input it for your monthly subscription very disappointed I did this now I have to buy a new card

The BB Customer service with BB pick up service was impressive. Orange, CT BB staff is excellent. This product is confusing to set up n more than one switch. Would recommend buying in device directly.

Do not buy online! I purchased the card and they did not activate it before shipping. Now they tell me I must go to the store for them to activate it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The sales person said there would be several free games and then online games, and games for purchase. So far, we found one free game. This is our first game card purchase, so we have not yet explored everything yet.

When scratching the card to get the code, the numbers and letters comes off easily poorly designed. With little to no effort

The cards are total crap. If your kids scratch too hard it will damage the code. As usual Nintendo is slow to the gate as far as being competitive with Xbox and Playstation.

Could not use it, kept saying error, so I had to purchase another one.

My son is 11 and I gave this to him in his stocking. He scratched too hard and we couldn't read the numbers. Lost $20. Not a good purchase if kids are overexcited.

Tried multiple times to use it, entered the code in and validated my email went through the steps and it still had me pay. So I paid and threw away the code.

my son scratched off the strip on the back, was to aggressive and scratched through the code. seems to be a common issue with these.

I ordered two. They sent me one. Thanks stealing my money and the great "easy" to access customer support.
