If you want to play the classic game systems from Nintendo and play online games then you need this

If you want to play with friends online, you pretty much need this membership. And the 12 month card is the best value by far when you compare it to the 1 month / 3 month / 6 month cards. Personally, I'd recommend buying these cards over putting your credit card number out to the Nintendo Store.

This purchase is very much a must buy. In order to get the full use of your new Nintendo Switch console you must buy this. This is the only way to get the awesome retro games which are free on your console and of course the unlimited saves for games. Also it’s much cheaper then the competition.

3 month membership is really all i Needed because I wanted to test out a switch. I had a small phase with the switch, really played all the games I wanted to play and this membership helped me out.

Although Nintendo doesn’t have the greatest online service or reputation, for $20 this is a good deal for an annual subscription. I haven’t had any problems playing games online with it. To me, the best value is being able to play Nintendo and SNES games in the switch.

It's exactly what it is. Nintendo Online offers a lot and for only $20 (compared to the other online services of other consoles), it's a good deal. Realistically, this shouldn't cost anything, but we're in a subscription based world now, unfortunately.

I am not happy after buying a game that I thought would be the cost of the game and that’s it. Then my son informs me that he needs a membership to go online with it after having it forever already (Splatoon 2). I will say I graciously purchased it thought considering it keeps him off if Fortnite.
