It’s not Best Buy’s fault but wow to play online you have to pay after you already have Nintendo your money!!! I am contributing to the problem

I don’t really understand how to use it. It was hard to connect to the switch as well

When we scratched off the back, the code came off with it. We went back to the store and they were so rude. Had our receipt too. Luckily Nintendo customer service was able to help.

I personally believe should be a standard feature for gamers, but I have no choice but to recommend it because we unfortunately have to pay for a feature that used to be free on previous consoles.

I didn't work at all it was a waste of money I would not recommend it unless it had more instructions on it I would have bought a game for the switch if I had known

Me personally don't think that this is worth it. My son has no interest in it

Get the Digital, my code got scratched right off without effort

You want Switch online, you buy this. That’s about all there is to say.

I had gotten the card and it was defective , the code didn’t work . I had called and they said they were going to call back in a hour and they called but then they hung up the call with me talking . I haven’t gotten a return call and the card still doesn’t work !

I just dont like the fact you still have to put in a card afterward

I was lied to and told that this was how you purchased the account for each member... that’s not true! It’s more expensive and you can purchase the family plan (again cheaper) online! Now there’s no way to return so my money is just gone!

I signed up. Tried to use it... negative. It dosent acknowledge my account , my log in, useless. It acknowledged me on sign up, but when I tried to play games after the original set.up ... nothing would acknowledge me. Not worth the aggravation

The car didn't work. And Best Buy. couldn't resolve the issue. They gave me a number to call.

I received it and it was never activated. So I tried to call Best Buy and the Customer Service refused to do anything and transferred me to a closed line. I had to get a hold of Nintendo, and now have to wait for them to activate it for me.

Unfortunately to get the most out of the AAA games offered, one needs an online subscription for cloud saves and to be able to play the game in general (I. e. Splatoon). Fortunately, it's only $20 a year which is a fraction of the cost compared to Xbox and PS.

Don’t buy it doesn’t work and they won’t refund your money back

Couldn’t wait to give this to my son and my nephew for Christmas. It didn’t work. I keep getting an error as if the memberships were already redeemed. I’m so frustrated!!!!

Careful when scratching the barcode and or pin oh otherwise you will not be able to read the numbers to input it for your monthly subscription very disappointed I did this now I have to buy a new card

The BB Customer service with BB pick up service was impressive. Orange, CT BB staff is excellent. This product is confusing to set up n more than one switch. Would recommend buying in device directly.
