Replacing a Wii a gave a friend in need. No surprises, not ups or downs. Which, sadly, I had hoped.

Not much different from the original wii but runs better, looks better and a few different games.

So many different options and different games. Great for younger kids as they have kid friendly games.

The Wii U gets some hate for not being able to keep up with the other consoles. But it holds its own. Nintendo does it right. The games are great. Usually very well done. Mario Kart 8 is a good example. It will play any regular Wii games if you have them. You can also download many other games. The controller is fantastic. It might seem funny to have a screen on the controller, but it works really well. Use it as an extension of the game, or just play the game on it. If you don't like the main controller, there are plenty of other options to choose from (Wii Remote, Pro Controller). I do have one small problem with the console and that is storage. 32GB really isn't much. But it can be expanded externally. So that kind of solves the problem. I play PC games and Xbox games. I enjoy the Wii U just as much. Each has its strengths and weaknesses. The Wii U is a great choice, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Hard to find. You can always count on BB. Deck is nice but not as popular as the other 2 brands.

Nice to have Mario kart already in the system. But loading times and system updates are a bit long.

Great system play it quite often with my boyfriend. Only down side was the pad stopped working.

Generally speaking, it's good . However, it's kind of difficult to setup at the initial use .

Good system overall. Few issues of freezing/ random errors Mainly bought this for virtual console games that I played as a kid, unfortunately only a couple were on the store, so that was a huge disappointment in this buy. My kid though loves the system. Definately must buy console if you want a more family oriented gaming system in the house.

Kids love it. It needs to come with a few gamepad but other than that I would recommend this

This is good if you are a Nintendo fan. This unit will also play your old Wii games.

System was easy to setup and also add additional external hard drive for more storage

Wii U is a fun system. It's great for late night games with your pals in the couch.
