This game console is nice for beginner gamers. The games are educational and not ultra violent.

I couldn't wait to surprise my son with a WII for Christmas, he's been asking for one for over a year. Unfortunately Best Buy shipped it in its original packaging so our christmas surprise was ruined when he saw it on our doorstep.. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

Great console with lots of kids games. The game pad is a great save for our TV.

We have a Wii and my son desperately wanted a Wii U as his cousin got one. Boy what a great gaming console. My son is stoked and delighted. We are very happy withe purchase. We can used old Wii games andthe remotes. No need to buy new remotes.

I couldn't wait until this console came out. I love that it's backwards compatible with the old Wii games and you can download a lot of the old Nintendo games. Added bonus...the large remote can control your TV! I got a hand-me down TV and it didn't have a remote so this saved me!

The package came on time in the best condition I have ever seen a package ever come in. Best Buy is the best and I would deff purchase anything online again. As for the game system itself, I give it an A+! Everything about this purchase was a win-win!

I'm a late adopter to the Wii U for 2016 - the last year it was still made. It was worth the wait considering I only play few main titles on it and have it loaded with many of the excellent Virtual Console classics for safe keeping/playing.

I got this gift for my son around Christmas time and he loooooooves it

bought this system mostly to be able to play one game but found that the controller that came with it is kind of a pain and i do not like it to much so i bought different controllers for it but found out that for some games you have to use the controller that came with it. any controller that works on the system should work all games made for that system.

Bought this game system for Christmas for my 5 years old, He loves it and I do too!! Games are very entertaining and the system is very easy to use. I was surprise to see my son using it and being able to launch the games all by himself!! Only minus, is the lack of "real" grown up games but we are all fans of Mario, aren't we. lol

THe Wii is awesome, specially since now i can play older games..like zelda windwaker and donkey kong country the only down side is the machine seems to run a little slow when starting up a game. Also most stores do not carry many game titles but you can buy HUNDREDS throught the nintendo store right on your wii. pretty great.!

It came with Mario kart and I purchased Super Smash Bros. and I love them both! Brings me back to my childhood days when I used to stay u all night with friends having little tournaments.

I love the Wii you platform and also Mario Kart. I'm glad it came with all the DLC included in the bundle that was a definite plus. Kinda upset it doesn't have at least one wii note though.

All your favorite nintendo characters and more amazing fun games. Finally nintendo has a first rate console with great graphics, the graphics are amazing and the games just as fun as ever.

This was one of the best consoles that I bought. I love that is it also in blank, not white like the original Wii. I am enjoying playing games with my son and grand daughter. It's great!

The kids have been asking for a WiiU for a while now so I finally caved. I am so glad I did. We all have fun playing on it. They love the dance games, mario kart and I am loving Mario Maker right now. My mom even gets to play with the kids when she comes over. It's fun for the whole family.
