This was a gift to my grandson and we all enjoy playing it. Enjoy racing with my family. Great family games! Very fun!

My son loves to play WiiU at his after school program and would come with many stories about his adventures with Mario Cart. So for Christmas we made sure he could play when he wanted and didn't have to wait to play at the after school program with the risk of him being picked up before his turn. He loves it!

My grandson loves this unit. It was his Christmas gift. He hardly put it down during his visit. It was a hit with him.

We were able to still use our old Wii games which was a bonus for us. Setup is easy and we like the tablet interface.

Our whole family really enjoys the Wii U - it freezes occasionally, but seems to be a reasonable value for the money.

brings out the old school gaming. ...sometimes it's just fun to play games that aren't as difficult and realistic....

The Wii U, I believe, didn't receive the credit it deserves. I'll admit, the Wii U doesn't have no where near as good of graphics as the Xbone and Ps4 and lacks much third party support, but believe me it makes up for that. The Wii U in my opinion has the BEST first party exclusives such as Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong and Metroid. Unfortunately, I've missed out on the whole original Wii generation, but good news...the Wii U is FULLY compatible with original Wii games! Just pop in the old game in the Wii U and have a Wiimote at hand and voila! Your playing an original Wii game. The Nintendo eshop also has a very extensive library of old school classics from NES, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64 and much more available for purchase and download. I've had this console for about a week and I'm loving it. Only regret I have is not getting it sooner. Can't wait for the New NX!

Cannot get enough of Mario Kart 8! Could probably do without the game pad but a very cool game console nonetheless!

She has wanted one for the last few years. She was disappointed when we learned you couldn't take the handheld device too far out of the range of the console. But other than that, it works great and was worth the purchase.

My children love this game console. It is the best upgrade from Nintendo. And it also plays the old wii games too!

there's not much to say on this. it works, it's fun, and it's nice to continue playing if someone want to watch tv.

I bought this for my son and both of us are having a blast with the games. Finally we play Super Mario games in hd!

My 6 year old son received the WiiU for Chriatams and loved it!! It's been great for his age! Totally recommend it!

Great product for the whole family to enjoy. We needed to buy extra controllers, didn't necessarily like that part.

Set up was not as straight-forward as I had hoped. Some of the set-up items weren't explain correctly or clearly, but in the end I did get it all connected. So far, the games are fun and the kids really enjoy this system.

Wii U has definitely pushed the limits of gaming in the group fun category! If you have a family, get this console! It's legit! From Nintendo land to super Mario maker, it will entertain for years to come! Best investment of my summer! Amen!

I've had a Gamecube and a Wii. The Wii U is a continuation of excellent Nintendo quality. The set up was simple though it took quite a few hours to fully charge the gamepad. It's possible to play while the gamepad is charging though it's awkward. Start up each time I want to play is really fast. Love it!
