Wii U is a great Nintendo console, but it's not going to keep up with the PS4 or an Xbox One. If you live Ninetendo, you'll love this! If your kid wants to play Call of Duty, this may not be your Best Buy.

I bought my girls a Xbox one. I found that the Xbox one didn't have as many kid friendly games. I decided since Nintendo locked in a lot of the kid friendly icons early in gaming history that a wii u would be a better choice. It was and they have a lot of games for their age. Worth the money.

My family has had a wonderful time playing the game since Christmas! Many new items have been unlocked!

it's very cool with new graphics, only thing is the rumors of discontinuation. Hope not wii is awesome.

Playing Mario Kart brought back memories of laughter and childish arguments between my younger brother and I, when we initially played the very first Mario Kart on N64. Those good times remain the same even today as adults pulling the same old schemes to get the advantage for the win!

We bought this console for my 7 year old but turns out, it's great for all ages, myself included. Even my 3 year old plays it. Some games are harder to understand then others, but all in all, it's a great buy. Plus, I purchased a Wii FIT for it and it just adds to the overall use of it.

I have not played console games in 20 years. This system is not only easy to set up, but fun to use. I heard a lot of bad things about the large console controller, but after disabling the sound I just got used to using it. A friend's old Wii controllers worked with this system too!

The Wii U has exceeded my expectation. I've enjoyed every game I've purchased and love the Amiibo's.

We do not play a lot of video games but there are fun family games we play together on the Nintendo Wii U and that makes it fun for us. We can also play our Wii games on this machine including Wii Fit.
