Very easy to set up and use . Great game unit for the entire family to enjoy.

I bought this system after looking for the original Wii. Since stores have quit carrying the original Wii, I looked at Amazon. I was skeptical of the quality and refused to buy one online. After looking at Best Buy and not finding one, I stumbled on this guy. Although pricy, I thoroughly enjoy playing the system. Not to mention you can play all of the original Wii games on it.

I haven't played any games since Atari and I was nervous about trying something new. This is easy to hookup and connect to everything and play. I'm having lots of fun with Mario Kart 8 and other games I've downloaded. I even connected a separate hard drive to the Wii U so I have plenty of space to store games. Lots of fun! Especially on the big screen I just got from Best Buy.

I like how you can use the gamepad without turning tv on or others can watch something entirely different. Limited number of game titles but thats to be expected from most Nintendo product lines. Have used Disney Infinty and Skylanders without issues. Have not tried Amiibos. Wii games are forward compatible which is nice. I wish you could use multiple gamepads at same tome.

Nintendo has done it again . This system still lets you play Wii games. And the new Wii U games are tons of fun for all ages. You can even control the TV with the Wi U remote.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has younger kids! Or even just for your own! It has a lot of kid friendly games as well as old school games such as super Mario bros or punch out and the graphics are so crisp! And clear! The Mario kart is super fun to play with friends and family! So yes I would invest in buying this system especially if it's a bundle!

I was looking for a console for my girlfriend to be able to play Guitar Hero on, and quickly decided on the Wii. It's a very unique console that is very family oriented and extremely user friendly. This system has many unique games that only the Wii can play! The main remote has began to function has a mobile Netflix station around our house as well, very handy.

I got this bc I am a gamer and I really wanted to play some of the games it has. I was not dissapointed. Mario Maker alone was worth buying this console. I grew up on Nintendo and their systems don't get as much love as they should nowadays. If you like fun games...this console is worth getting, maybe not as a main console, but in addition to any others you have.

This is the second system I have reviewed and this one is much better than the first. System runs smoothly with no glitches and the rumbler or vibration is down at a minimum. Wii u has done some great progress from wii so check out Zelda because so far it is the best game I have played for this system. Try bayonetta it looks and plays really well too!

My grandson really likes being able to play the game while we are watching TV, the game was super easy to set up. They have XBox One at home but really like getting out of the macho XBox games and entering the world of Mario, etc.

Bought this for our family for Christmas. We have 5 kids, aged 10,8,7,4, and 3. Our oldest 3 kids have had a great time playing Mario Kart. We've also purchased a couple of games through the system-mine craft and super Mario brothers and we thought it was great how easy Nintendo has made that process. Great system. Have had no problems with it so far.

We owned a Wii before. This system is even better. Great family multiplayer games. Mario Kart 8 is an absolute blast. Splatoon is very good. Mario Maker is a lot of fun. No complaints so far with the games,which are great for families. A nice feature for us was back compatibility with original Wii games and controllers. Main annoying feature is the 2-3 hour battery life of the Wii U controller. You would be surprised how quickly this time seems to go by. Seems like we are tethered to the charge cord as much as not. Don't understand why this couldn't have been better.

My son loves Mario Kart and Animal Crossing. Our original launch Wii finally died so we got this. It's a nice upgrade but there are two annoying issues - first porting virtual console and saved game data from the original Wii is a NIGHTMARE. Second, there is A LOT of initial setup needed. Parents should do setup themselves the night before your child sees it so they aren't complaining for a half hour or more just to get the games going.

My whole family loves the Wii U. I have been a gamer for decades, and I love the family friendly aspects of this system. My 5 year old and 11 year old alike have a blast with this, and I have found myself getting a lot more into it than I thought I would. I wish it had more onboard storage, but it looks like it is expandable, so 32GB is acceptable.

Fun exciting great graphics easy to use good game selection

My son loves the Wii he is enjoying Mario Kart 8 as well as Lego diminsions. I enjoyed to ease of the setup as well as the use of the controllers from the Wii because that would have been added cost for the controller. He enjoys being able to play it off the big screen and on the Wii tablet. So I know its gonna bring lots of family fun.

This is easily my favorite purchase, gaming related. I have a xbox one that I rarely play but always been a huge Nintendo fan and having the game pad makes it so easy to play games comfortably. Chilling on the couch or laying in bed while playing my games makes it easier to play more, especially being busy with work and life.
