We already owned an XB1, so we got this for her and the kids to enjoy a different gaming console...so far, so good - love the Gamepad feature! We've played/own MarioKart 8 as well as Super Mario 3D World on the system, both are fun and deliver the Nintendo experience.

My grandson is crazy about his wiiu. It's not as difficult to operate as the other games. He picked it right up and he enjoys the fact that he can still play while people enjoy watching tv if any thing goes wrong later I will repost result but right now it's a winner!

I purchased this as a xmas gift for my 8 year old Grandson who was in from Pittsburgh, Pa for the holidays. Little did I know, I would see very little of his smiling face. He absolutely loved the device and the included games. This game was a no-brainier xmas gift.

I have been a Nintendo fan for over 25 years and have spent many hours bonding with my grandfather while playing video games. I bought this system for myself as a Christmas present and I have enjoyed playing it over and over again. This Mario Kart, in my opinion, trumps all others! I still play my Nintendo 64 and Nintendo Game Cube, but as a 34 year old woman, I feel like a kid again when we fire this up. The graphics are fun, the control of the pad is great and I love the online world wide play. One of the best features is that I can play the game on the tablet-like controller while others watch TV. The only draw back is that the tablet-like controller is heavy and can hurt the hands and wrists.

We had an older Wii system and this new system is incredible. The old system used to sit for weeks or months without being played, but everyone wants their turn on this new system. It was definitely worth the money and the kids are using it to the max!!

Purchased this for the family and we haven't stopped playing it since. The system is beautiful and the games are great. Hours of fun for the family. You can even watch videos with the main controller from Amazon Prime and Netflix. Gotta get it all!

I had a real hard time choosing which console to buy, one day my mind was set on PS4 the next day it was the Wii U. I wanted a console with a game lineup with enough variety to satisfy both my kids and myself. After a month of googling, checking amazon reviews and asking around I finally decided to get the Wii U, and with the price match feature and the member points I got it from best buy bundled with Mario Kart 8. And am I glad that I went with Nintendo, we've had it for over a week now and my children are loving it, I'm loving it, darn even the wife is jumping in on the action. We can all play together simultaneously, well spent family time.

I purchased this game for my 7 year old son and he loves it. We can play it as a family and when guest come over we can also include them in it. We always enjoy playing as a family and it is great way to build healthy competitiveness.

I bought this bundle mainly because I wanted to play Mario Kart 8, and it's been loads of fun. Between Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros., and Disney Infinity 3.0, my girlfriend, our friends, and I have already racked up a ton of hours!

A great system for the family, I received the Wii U as a Christmas gift and I have had ao much fun with it. Very casually friendly as my girlfriend is not much of a gamer but was able to pick up on games like Mario Kart very easily.

Upgraded from a wii to a wii u. My 5 year old loves it! Its faster and we love to use the pad. The best thing is that we can use our current wii games and controlers. Every day we have our family night, who does not love mario!?

Favorite Mario Kart version thus far! Great variety of characters and racing vehicles. Graphics team clearly put some thought into the background details of the racing courses.

I definitely like the fact that both my kids, wife and myself are able to enjoy playing games especially the Mario ones which my wife and I enjoyed during our childhood and can now share that with our kids. Keep the games coming

We purchased this system for our son and it is such a great item. Nintendo truly is a "Family" system as many of the games are very child friendly and open for imagination. The system was easy enough to setup and have running. The controller/tablet is easy to use, however I do recommend a screen protector to avoid any scratches. Lots of games to choose from and even more for their digital library. The amiibos are a fun addition and our son loves collecting them and playing with them as little figures.

Of course it's a great product, Nintendo made it! Super family fun, great 4 younger kids and adults alike. Mario n Luigi are excellent additions 2 the family. Another Thumbs up cuz I saved $50 on the bundle 4 the holidays!!!!

I have ordered this set for Christmas and complemented it with Super Mario Maker. Kids are enjoying it everyday. All parts function without issues, easy to set-up, compatible with Wii, shipped and received as per schedule.

This was a great purchase. It is well worth the money spent to get the family to come together for many fun and entertaining times.

Love everything about this system!! Our kids love flexibility of playing on the game pad! Really easy to set up and app set up way simple and fast. When video streaming there is zero lag compared to other systems we own.

I bought this console for my siblings to play with and they loved it. Everyone in the family started to use it, the game pad is pretty cool. You are able to also stream Netflix and download digital games from the store.

The game system works just fine, and we like the separate keypad that can be used without the TV. We do wish there were games and activities available that were appropriate for our special needs son. He is a quadriplegic. He loves games but has limited use of his hands. He can use a touch screen, but he cannot make the touchy moves necessary for fast paced games.
