I bought this to stay in contact with my grandkids that live in Pennsylvania. We are able to play games together online and to video chat as well if we are tired of playing. It has been well worth the money spent.

Found this mix of games to be a lot of fun. We play them over and over.

My kids are 5 and 8, I'm 36 and we have lots of fun playing games only available on Nintendo Wii and Wii U. The on lk you thing I don't like is that some games require you to use the included game pad. Be prepared to spend a lot more to get controllers, nunchuks and whatever else you may need to play games. Would be nice if it included a couple of regular controllers.

Before I bought the Wii U, I had a PS4 and I just thought PS4 doesn't have something similar to Mario and such. Wish they get back Crash Bandicoot back! In the meantime, this is very nice gaming console with legit exclusives.

Great game console. Comes with everything you need right our of the box. Only had to buy extra controlers which is the same for every game console. We use it for family games and it keeps everyone happe and entertained.

It was just what the family needed. We can all play and watch together.

Nintendo always make good game systems and this one is no different.

Everything about the console is great except that the internet connection lag no matter what speed you may have at home. There is a good 30-second delay as you navigate screens. When you download a game from the store it takes an awful lot of time not including the installation time. I would still recommend the purchase I just wish NIntendo would fix that issue somehow.

We purchased the new Wii U when our old Wii sadly broke after many years of use. Our kids love Mario Cart so we decided to get the new Wii U. We haven't been disappointed! It is a great game system and family friendly.

I like the console a lot. It's a lot of fun, but a little confusing at first because of the controller screen vs the TV screen. Also, the original Wii came with a sports game, tennis, golf, bowling, etc... which we all still play to this day and I was hoping the new Wii would have an updated version of that but it didn't. That's the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

I bought this system for my kids and they love it. Only complaint is the huge game boy like controller that you must use to control the system. Makes playing the wii awkward at times. But the games are fun and inviting.

Love the console. Mario kart is pretty fun too. Definitely recommend.

I bought the Nintendo Wii U after having the first Nintendo Wii for many years and the graphics , the option of playing on the remote control and without having to use the tv and been wireless is a great option!!!

Kids loves it very much. The controller can be anywhere without the tv. U can play both on tv or without just using controller with small screen on it. Pretty awesome! I suggested to purchase this item. Worth it!

I recently purchased my son this Nintendo Wii u from best buy for his birthday. Coming from a Nintendo Wii the new Wii u is leaps and bounds better all around (graphics/speed/interface). I would definitely recommend!

This is great for family fun. We all love this system and the games.

My kids first love was GameCube, we still have it, we then purchased the Wii. The Wii U is definitely great, my kids love Mario Kart, just a hassle having to buy all new games now though, but worth it, they love it.
