Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with Nioh 2's engaging gameplay, compelling story, and the inclusion of a PS5 upgrade. Many also appreciate the game's value for its price and the variety of weapons and action-packed sequences. However, some players find the game's difficulty to be a significant challenge. The lack of adjustable difficulty settings is a common point of criticism.

If you enjoyed Nioh 1, part 2 is better and longer. I've been slowly working on this one for months and still have more to go. Between twilight missions, side missions and all of the weapons to master, this game is huge!

If you liked the first game, this is a no-brainer. They added a ton of new mechanics and there is plenty of content to go around. Combat feels tight and responsive, like in the first game. Also really fun to gather a party of friends for some help to take down bosses.

That’s what she said. Nioh 2 builds in the game before it and I really think they amped up the difficulty for this sequel. Graphics are good not great but those spot on controls are back and buttery smooth.

If you enjoyed the first game then you will love this one. A few changes were added to the game like a new weapon type along with items you get from defeating enemies called soul cores. The story is forgettable but it does offer a surprise or two. Great game and worth the price.

Great game souls like but combat is a little more complicated If your coming from dark souls or bloodborne but it’s rewarding if u master it. If u like trying out new builds and abilities on every walkthrough this game should keep u busy.

It isn't a entirely different game from the first but the addition and changes made go a long Way. Soul cores make the game more easier and more fun. New weapons and skill tree design. 3 player Co-op and summoning player AI comes in handy at times Very good game!

Like the first nioh part 2 is extremely difficult to the point that you need to take a break in my experience. I love souls style games but this game is far harder than dark souls or bloodborne or sekiro for that matter, bear that in mind if you intend to purchase this. Other than the diffuculty the game plaus like a dream.

After playing the first game I was really excited to see what they would do next. IMO though the story is even less apprent, maps although detailed a still very small and cramped. Pretty much the same game with new monsters and levels. Still TOO MUCH LOOT. It is not fun to deal with. Still a decent game. Play it only for the combat.

Souls-like action RPG set in feudal Japan with Demons. What more could you want for a $10 on sale game. Runs amazing on Ps5, dynamic 4k at 60fps. Only frustrating thing is the steep learning curve, but that is to be expected with any Dark souls style RPG. Super fun, definitely worth a buy on sale.

If you enjoy Japanese folklore and punishing yourself, this game is for you. A prequel to the first, this one has been much improved. Create your character & fight through what seems to be impossible odds as half yokai in this masocore must play. Can you defeat the 60+ bosses within?

This, by far, is the best game in the series. It is not a game for everyone. It is a challenging game, but a very fun one. You can also create your own character, which is a new addition added to the game compared to the original game.

I really enjoy SoulsBorne and Souls-like games, so Nioh was a must-play for me. I was hesitant on the sequel at first, but after playing it I'm sold. Mixes Souls-like difficulty with Diablo-like looting. Best of both worlds.
