Game is fun and I hope it will have local coop mode developed in the future

This game is best described as a combination for the Ninja Gaiden and Dark Souls series, both of which are among the most challenging of the last few generations. It really gives you a feeling of accomplishment when you master the different weapons though.

This game is very challenging, team ninja does it again. Everything these guys make is always a challenge back to the days of ninja Gaiden series this game is no different. If you're one who loves a challenging game this is a game for you. I can't wait till I beat this game the bosses look awesome. This game requires patience and skills. Two thumbs up.

Criminally underrated. I should have known better as this game was developed by the same people that brought us Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive. I decided to give it a try after completing Sekiro and it did not disappoint.

This game is solely the best reason to buy a PS4! I have never been able to put it down! Most of the time I am quick to beat the game but the combat system is just so much fun. I'd rather take my time and even repeat old missions just for the fun of it.

I enjoyed playing every level of this one. I even prefer it over the other soul type games. It is challenging; however, the information included in the game is historic, and worth research.

Love this game. Played the demo some time ago and it was fun but hard. Great storyline and enjoyable gameplay. Give it a try if you want a challenge, but don't feel like taking on Souls.

I would recommend this to any gamer who likes a challenge. If you are a fan of the souls series and ninja Gaiden and do not mind the difficulty level that Nioh provides it will be perfect for you. It is very well done and the game itself is beautiful.

If you are a fan of challenging action/rpg games then this game is for you. I never could get into the Dark Souls series so I thought this game wouldn't appeal to me. However it is very polished and does everything right that Dark Souls does wrong.

One of the best releases of the year, this game has become a favorite.

Tight controls is the first thing that comes to mind when reviewing this gem of a game. Darksouls and bloodborn type game with good depth to the combat system. Don't have to be perfect, game is good about handling novices to these types of games.

Basically Bloodborn with a better story and more weapons

With this being a Team Ninja title it should come as no surprise that Nioh is a very challenging game that well push you to your limits. Like the Souls series it takes inspiration from, the payoff is always worth the effort.

I love and hate this game. Some levels are pretty hard but the satisfaction is great when you pass them. You can t change the difficulty.

The mechanics are polished beyond dark souls capability. So much so that if you can not learn or get skills to create ki pulses to recharge your stamina, you will loose. Mission 1 of the game killed me atleast 50 times and I can run all dark souls without dying. 100/10 I'm going to suffer through this.
