I really want to like this game. I understand the concept but making this game so hard to the point that the average player cannot advance up to a certain point? Really? I am certainly not a top video game player but I've been playing for the last 30+years and I can barely get to the second level of this game. Graphics are not bad at all but this game is not for everyone.

It's not Dark Souls. Get over that and enjoy it for what it offers: precise combat, challenging gameplay, imaginative bosses.

Nioh is a mix of dark souls and Bloodborne mixed in and creates a unique experience like no other. You will enjoy this game!!

If you like the Ninja Gaiden series, this game is a Must! Team Ninja creates another masterpiece, a must OWN for PS4 owners.

I was never worried that this game was going to be a Dark Souls clone necessarily, but you hear that being thrown around a lot. As if Dark Souls is the epitome of a rogue-like game. Of course, it certainly has many parallels, but it also does a significant amount of things different to help it stand apart. Be aware, Nioh is not for the casual gamer. It is long, challenging and extremely involving. 35 hours in, and I've barely cracked region three (about a third of the way through the game).

I love it. Nonstop action, helps with skill development, old school & new school mixed together.

Starts harder than Souls/Bourne games and more involved fights as you work with stamina and stance changes while in fights.

If you liked Dark Souls games and Bloodborne this is a fantastic game. It's a great challenge and worth the time and money.

Plays alot loke Bloodborne. But is very satisfying. I understand its an 80 hour game so lots of content and worth the money.

The graphics and fluid motion of gameplay feels like it's running smoothly! Although I'm running a PS4 pro model on a 4K tv

If you are looking for a Soulborne type game, this is that with samurai flavor. Enjoy multiple stances and tons of stats.

Onimusha plus Dark Souls = awesome! This is a great game, epic boss fights and constantly challenging. Highly recommended!
