Is a great bike works like a charm but make sure to lock fender in place

Very great buy and well worth the price, just note the 90 miles is not at max assisted speed at that you get about 25 miles but at assist one it gets all of the 90 miles it promises.

One of the best purchases yet! Fast and kind delivery. The bike itself has been a game changer for my daughter who not only uses it for recreational purposes but also as a daily commuter. Performance has been prime - easy for her to handle and overall solid construction.

The bike had a good manual but does not have a maintenance section. When i got it I needed to adjust brakes and it was difficult to do it myself without searching up instructions online.

It hasn't been 1 year since i purchased this n about 2 months ago the screen stopped working

Overall the bike is decent. For the negative, it's a bit under powered and I had a heck of a time getting the front brake aligned. It's still not perfect, I plan to take it to a bike shop to get that done. The fenders are a bit wobbly as well. On the good side there is some value here having built in lights, a really solid rear rack, and a very low maintenance belt drive. I use it to take my daughter home from school and she loves riding on the back in a child seat.

Bike came with scuffs all over parts directly out of the box. About a week of riding the brakes never worked well and squeaked after countless hours of adjustments. Front fender is flimsy. But the major issues is the bike would sometimes require a restart to get the motor working again and as of the last day I have had random fantom acceleration issues that make the bike unsafe to ride. Would be cruising at about 20 mph and it would jerk and start going fast, slow down and go full speed again. I also had it take off once with no input. Luckily the brake levers have motor cutouts or I would have been injured. Also the charger gets over 150 degrees f when charging the bike and it is super loud. Like the charger makes really awful hissing and squealing noises that just seem sus at best. This is a horrible unsafe bike. Don't buy anything from them. I will be taking this injury waiting to happen back to bestbuy today. Hopefully they don't charge me restocking as this bike is unsafe garbage to put it charitably.

It gets you anywhere fast. Nice design, easy to build - less than an hour. So much fun to ride. Steeo uphill with 12..15mph - straight 28mph without much if an effort. The brakes are adequate, but I will upgrade them to hydraulic brakes. Nice display, great lighting - good visibility at night. In the city this bike can easily replace a motorcycle.

The ebike is fun to ride but I haven’t got over 50 miles an hour speed wise and the distance is great. My fist trip I went 14 miles and stil had about 84% of battery life left Great!! Make sure the handle bars are turn the right way when putting it together. The geek squad was no help!

Great bike for a great price. I use it for riding around my neighborhood and with the grands. Trying to figure out the hills.

I’m 70 years young and needed something like this to get me outdoors. It was fairly easy to put together. I do like the 2 batteries and the screen on the handle bars. It is a bit heavy but well built. Also no chains since it is belt driven.

There is several problems if you wanna do delivery with this bike otherwise you can buy this bike I recommend deeply://

Excellent range. Two batteries attached to bike, do not have to carry a battery in a bike bag. Easy pedaling even without motor assist. Well built bicycle and very easy to assemble even if someone has very little skill at assembling big TOYS.

Great Ride. Range is around 45 miles. Had a problem with headlight bracket. Had to return because manufacturer does not have that part.

It was a good bike and was just as expected I would recommend it to anyone that is using this bike for someone who lives near by

This is a great comfy bike. I plan to use it to commute to work 21 miles one way and it takes me roughly 1 hour 10 minutes. Two downsides- the display is in km instead of miles. And the promised range is 90 miles (154? km) bt it only has 70 km range and I had to charge it after my one way journey. Best buy promised to replace with a 90 miles bike as promised but fingers crossed

Great speed, easy to move . A bit heavy but if you have enough space also easy to store. Great buy

Excellent bike. Easy assembly, very smooth ride, very fast, nice looking bike. It is a bit heavy, not sure if that it is more than other e-bikes. Only issue is one of the bands to hold the wiring back and away from the light popped of on first ride. Otherwise, nice ride.

Bought this bike for my wife and she loves it. I really seems to be very well built. She actually had me remove the fenders because she preferred the look with out them. The Best Buy delivery was flawless and on time.
