Good but had a slight problem.

The one problem that we have had with it is that it lost the connection to our wifi and had to be reset every day for three days. It is working fine now.

She had to install the app on her phone, once done, super easy to add photos/videos to the frame. Wish we could create email using free version though.

The online feature was slightly annoying, but overall was fairly user friendly. The quality of the digital photos are good for the price of the digital frame.

Very easy to set up and install. The person that I bought it for isn't exactly techie, so it was easy for them to do everything to get this up and running.
