Even with the hate when this game came out, I really enjoyed it. I recently purchased it again since the DLC update and it adds a lot of replay value to an already fun game. If you can get it for $25 or less, go for it!

i got this game when it came out. im a casual gamer sometimes its not about story or action. i love traveling from planet to planet getting things and exploring around. i enjoy that there isnt a real "story" its def my kind of game

This project got sent out a little too early. It had a lot of hype, and unfortunately just did not live up to any of it. Lack of content curses a would be promising franchise.

I've been gaming over 30 years. Bought this because the reviews said it was good. Mostly, I went on faith and thought it would be an open-world exploration game. Yeah, what it turned into was an open world SURVIVAL game where you have to micro-manage everything. Not only that, but what you have to micro-manage is BORING. There are some cool moments but way to few and far between. Plus, the fact that when you first start the game, your "mining tool/weapon" looks almost like a copy of a HALO PLASMA RIFLE. Yikes.

It's so realistic you can spend lots of hours and hours and not feel like you have wasted so much time.. it's endless and can be interesting to someone who is into space exploration

Started playing the game and began amazing but soon realized it was very repetetive and became a pretty uneventful game to play

I had to see for myself if the game was as bad as the hype-train. Had the game not been given the update, it would have been horrible. If the flying controls were a little better, this game would be a grand slam and hidden gem.

This is a fun game that grabbed me for well over 20 hours. However, if you do not like exploration, similar routines, and "meh" melee mechanics, then this might not be for you.

The graphics are excellent but the gameplay is repetitive. Advertised features not in the game.

This game is awesome! Great graphics, great controls...story? Not really about that. The exploration is fantastic. A must buy for anyone trying to go to the center of the universe.

Honestly, I love the game and what it stands for. Walk around "aimlessly" and make your money doing so, so that you can buy some pimp spaceships and meet cool aliens. #LIT 4 stars cause it takes too long to upgrade your items.

This game is grand in its scheme to deliver. It falls short in what fans expected. Jumping from planet to planet doing the same exploration can be tedious and boring at times.

So much hype to this game. So much disappointment when it was released. I hope there is some update or something to make it better.

If you don't like to grind and you need a map, don't play this. It's kind of fun not being 'tied down' to a home base. I do wish there was a map though, once you leave somewhere, it's going to be pretty difficult to find again.

The game was good at first but needs a story.The concept is good but the game has to many bug's,no mission gets boring very quick.

Maybe this is a good game, but I'll never know. After about 30 minutes of playing, I still couldn't find enough of whatever I needed to get my spacecraft into space. Nor could I figure out the crafting and inventory management. Frustrated, I gave up. Since then, everything I saw on the net about this game got worse and worse. So would I buy this game again? Not until I read enough comments and reviews to convince me its worth it, which is what I recommend to anyone thinking about getting this game.

Don't even waste your time if your expecting a futuristic multiplayer space craft mine craft. The game doesn't explain anything

This game had ALL the hype...it is enjoyable to a point then gets a bit stale. Not what I expected yet I'm not entirely disappointed with it. Definitely worth a try...

Game is good if you like end list searching and survival, no real storyline or tasks to speak of. Decent graphics and gamplay.
