Much Improved
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally bought this game upon release, 2 years ago, and quickly returned it. It was an empty mess. The game still has a lot of bugs, but there is finally a large amount of content. NMS can get a bit repetitive, but once it does, I end up discovering something else to focus on. I've currently put 130 hours into this game and that doesn't look to be slowing down.

Better Than Original, Glad I Gave It Another Try!

It was one of the reasons that I kept my PS4 around even though I did 99% of my gaming on my Xbox. Like many others, I was disappointed in the launch version of No Man's Sky, but when I started to see that Hello Games was making updates that would culminate in the NEXT update with this release, I was excited again. It is still much the same game but it is so much more refined and now there are quests, missions, and multiplayer. I describe it to others as Minecraft crossed with Elite: Dangerous. I like it for the same reason I love both those other games, I can just go off and do what I want and can just turn my brain off. If, like me, you were disappointed in the first iteration of No Man's Sky, give this new version a try.

Crashing a lot so far

I have played several other games with no issues. So far this game has crashed at least 6 or more times with only around 3 hours of game play. I tried several suggestions on settings and nothing has worked so far. They just did a major update that I got right after loading the game. Obviously not happy at all so far.
