Best Buy is one of the few big box stores that will sell an UNLOCKED phone. I had a SIM card from a different service provider and the squad at Best Buy not only placed it correctly, but wouldn't let me leave the store until I knew how to call and receive messages. I felt very comfortable leaving the store, knowing that I knew how my new cell phone worked.

this phone is great. photos are very good. sends and receives data and calls no issues so far. great value for the price.

Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and your return policy. Fee was nearly the cost of the whole purchase. I was buying this to help my senior friend. He has a vision depth perception problem. He wants to have a non flip non touch screen phone. I said no to the robbery and kept it to try again with a brand new sim card on Consumer Cellular. Total no go to set it up. Now I had made 2 attempts. I didn't expect the hot potato treatment when I tried to return it the first time Now it has reached the 2 week no return policy. So Angry, very poor. it seemed like a good phone but cannot be setup On a carrier of my choice. if one person says to me try a different carrier i will have to say why should I? It says unlocked and I chose this carrier. Don't bother buying this to go on Consumer Cellular

Easy to use, picked this up for my mum as touchscreens weren’t the best for her at some point in time

It worked average, I bought to take overseas with me so I could have a local sim.

I purchase this phone for my 82 year old mom and she was not able to use it. It’s a bit complicated to access contacts; you need to do several steps. This process was too complicated for my mom and she refused to use it. The phone itself is not bad, I guess I can say it’s not user friendly

I bought it for my son. Unfortunately it still will not be acceptable to the at & t change come February…. So I guess we’ll be leaving at & t.. at least for my sons phone number .

Works good with TMobile, just inserted my sim card.

Phone status shows that it's camped on a wireless carrier, but can't make or receive calls. I have tried the SIM on a different phone, no issues at all. So, it is definitely phone hardware issue. Even when I call, call quality is poor.

Nokia - 225 4G (Unlocked) - Black is a great phone for people who like retro phones.

I really like everything about this phone but about a month after I started using it I would call people and they wouldn't be able to hear me and id have to call sometimes more than 3 times before I got through. If you need a phone and cant afford anything else its something but I would recommend something else.

I've been told by several people that they can't understand me and that the transmission is garbled. The instructions say to avoid touching the antenna area but doesn't tell you where the antenna area is. I don't like this phone at all.

Couldn't activate phone. It wouldn't work with the carrier I wanted to try. Even though it is unlocked. Tried to return it. $49.99 phone has a $45 RESTOCKING FEE. Make sure it's what you want or $45 RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted from refund. You have to search to find the restocking fee that will be deducted from purchase price. Done with Best Buy.

I';m a computer/phone dinosaur but two of the persons in the Daly City store, Gabe Paulos, and Stephen Rance, were very helpful in guiding me on how to use the phone.........you should tell them that....

Its a ok small phone. It does what it says i just couldnt get my so. To work

Nokia has good quality, the only thing i don't like is not very easy to use.
