Crap phone

It was cheap made and a piece of junk. Couldn't return because you have a45$ restocking fee so i just threw ąway 50$. I will probably never buy anything from best buy again. It don't deserve one star but it wouldn't let me submit without at least one

Don't waste your money or time

I needed a simple 4G cell phone for calls only - didn't need anything fancy, just one that was compatible with AT&T. Two AT&T reps (one with 15 years experience) could not get this to work and they tried three different sim cards. Then, to top off my frustration, I tried to return this to Best Buy it was past their 14 day return.

Could not return, because restocking fee ($50) was more than item cost. I'll hang on to it Incase a friend on AT&T network needs an emergency phone!

They used to make the World's best phones but this 225 is junk. The OS is nothing like the simple usability of former Nokia basic/flip phones, and it feels like the cheapest possible build quality - I wouldn't give this phone to a kid as a toy because it literally wouldn't survive an hour of play. Battery life is about 12 hours with zero use - I actually told BestBuy this and they kindly sent me a replacement phone however it was exactly the same. BestBuy is GREAT! This Nokia is absolute garbage, don't buy it.

I would rate this higher if the product actually showed up, but it didn't. Instead Ontrac said, they delivered multiple times, but in reality they did not. I have home security cameras that confirm this also. I contacted Ontrac several times with no response back. I contacted best buy and they told me to contact Ontrac... Bestbuy = Fail

I have graduated to a smart phone, but, if not for that, I would use this one. I had one like it, back in the day and it was very familiar in my hand. Very simple to use. Great phone if you only want the basics.
