Technologically regressing, I think this phone is great! It does exactly what I need it to do, I can call text, write notes, access google maps, and look up info on google. It has all the same qualities as a smart phone, without the addicting desire to be on my phone for hours on end. it's also a tough little phone, this is my second Nokia flip phone, the only reason I am replacing it, is because I washed my first phone. It still works except for the speaker when I call out. Yes, a five-star review on this phone is warranted.

We needed a basic cell phone for my intellectually & technologically challenged brother at a reasonable price & BestBuy did not disappoint us! This phone doesn't have a lot of bells & whistles but that's OK because I didn't needed a lot of bells & whistles. This one is a solid phone that will hold up to whatever it is exposed to by my brother.

The Nokia 2780 is a good choice for seniors. I prefer it to Jitterbug mainly because I can block nuisance numbers. Also, if the person is able to use a few smartphone features like contacts, email, and maps, they can do so. The numbers on the keypad are large enough to see. The "answer and hang up" choice can be configured to open and close or via the keypad.

It’s a great phone for my elderly mother with large numbers. Easy to navigate.. I just wish it didn’t have internet she will never use it.

My mom needed a simple phone for long-distance calls after her 3G one was obsolete. After a frustrating search, we found this Nokia. It's wonderful! Easy to set up, incredibly easy for her to contact the frequently called numbers. It is easy to read, and feels sturdy.

In a world where it is all dependent on the tech, this little phone is old school and sturdy, you need to make that call or send that text from any carrier well this is the phone.

This is the 3rd time I'm purchasing this phone. It is a great option for elderly needing to make simple phone calls or my daughter who doesn't need a smart phone yet but needs to call us for emergencies. It is a completely unlocked phone that works with multiple carriers that use physical SIMs. I would also recommend buying a protective case for it. We accidentally dropped it in the past and the back cover came apart and broke.

Bought this bad boy 2 weeks ago, best decision I ever made leaving my iPhone behind. Best Buy was very helpful when buying the phone. The phone itself is a tank very durable and the battery last for days.

For a simple phone that makes calls, does SMS/MMS and group messages. This phone works perfectly. It's not a smart phone, so don't expect smart phone features. That being said, using Mint Mobile works great. Has VoLTE and VoWifi with Mint Mobile (T-Mobile MVNO). Purchased to use as a reliable long lasting business phone. It has a camera, but don't expect great pictures. It has email, maps, weather, and makes crystal clear calls. It checks all my boxes.

The best flip flop phone there is. It has everything a smart phone could have without being one. I am super happy with it I replaced with my I phone and I honestly love all the features it brings an it’s so practical to use. Nokia hasn’t changed they still provide 5 star phones all around. I thank the staff and Best Buy for always helping me pick my best options there always know exactly what I’m looking for. I recommend this phone for everybody from young people to older adkutls it’s magnificent!!!!

I got this for my brother in law because he isnt quite twch savvy and we were goijg through TCL's like crazy due to manufacture issues. Hes had it for a month and loves it!

Great low tech phone! It functions great and will do what you neesd it to do. The two issues I had with it were getting group text messages and the email app always signing me out. Would recommend for the price.

AT&T ended 3G service and my dad needed a basic clam shell phone with 4G. The Nokia 2780 is what I and he was looking for. He doesn't need all the apps of typical smart phones because he only needs a cell phone to make basic phone calls. Took the AT&T sim card, popped it into the Nokia, and it works perfect. Charging is by USB-C port like so many other phones are using these days. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because its plastic construction but better than other prepaid clam shell phones I've looked at. My dad loves it because it's so basic and easy for him to use.

Does what it says. Shame that nokia is just a banner now, vs. The brand that made nearly indestructible devices, but i digress. Glitchy at times, but always comes back to earth after a restart. Battery life 2 ish to 3 days, depending. I dont use social media or apps on my phone, so i cant say whether thos work as advertised. Overall good phone, but for the $100, it sure seems closer in build quality to the $40-50 tracfone flips. Would like to see more invested in a tough flip with dual sim, hotspot, and dock charging.
