This is a replacement flip phone from LG 4ge.So far phone is working well and good for a 58-year-old. I use it mostly for calls and texting. Letters are big and easy to retrieve and text. Battery life is great. Make sure you get a phone case as an added accessory to prevent wear and tear. The phone does a lot so make sure you read the Manuel. The sound should be set to a comfortable setting and comes with a plug-in chord as well.

I miss the early 2000’s so decided to deactivate my iPhone and activate this flip phone. I loved the nostalgic feel I got from using it but dude is it a pain to go from using an iPhone to this, with texts taking much longer and no useful maps to use. Also build quality is still superb like I knew it would be. Still love it tho and will keep it forever for nostalgic memories. May reactivate it again and use it for a while at some point.

Quick and easy replacement device for an elderly family member. Does exactly what we needed it to do.

It is a dumb phone. It takes pretty good pictures. Good battery life. I bought it for my 16yr old. We locked up his smart phone.

Purchased this phone for my elderly mother who no longer wanted a smartphone as she was finding her smartphone more and more challenging to use. Buttons are big. Screen is much smaller than a smartphone but still readable. I'd recommend for anyone who just wants a basic phone.

This Nokia 2780 is just right for me. Its a basic phone, but stronger, heavier & thicker than the Nokia 2720. Works well for peace of mind when driving. I just wanted something for talk & text. The rep at the Best Buy in Fredericksburg (Jon) was very helpful, kind and professional. He understood exactly what I wanted as a young senior just a bit over 65. He was not pushy or looking down on me for not wanting a smart phone when I have computers at home for all that. Very pleased with the phone so far and the great service I received. I'll be back. Purchased for my 84 year old mother, a simple phone and easy to use. I works well for that purpose.

AT&T ended 3G service and my dad needed a basic clam shell phone with 4G. The Nokia 2780 is what I and he was looking for. He doesn't need all the apps of typical smart phones because he only needs a cell phone to make basic phone calls. Took the AT&T sim card, popped it into the Nokia, and it works perfect. Charging is by USB-C port like so many other phones are using these days. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because its plastic construction but better than other prepaid clam shell phones I've looked at. My dad loves it because it's so basic and easy for him to use.

My husband is still hooked on using a flip phone and he really likes this updated model.

Good, I enjoy the simplicity and helps you to focus on you surroundings instead of having your phone in your face all day. I highly recommend.

The phone does what it needs to do as a flip phone. It has some other quality of life features, but downgrading they won't help feel like it.

Don't mess up a flip phone with KaiOS. If I want a smartphone, I'll buy a smartphone. If I want a flip phone, I don't want "smart-ish" features like access to the internet. Especially on a tiny low-res screen with a low-res camera. Pick a frickin' lane. I wanted a simple flip phone as a first phone for a child. I may have to return this.

Easy to use for senior who doesn't do the more technical phones.

Nice flip phone. Large keys with large characters, easy to read. Relatively snappy action, since it's not burdened with a plethora of apps. Good for older folks and seems to be plenty loud at highest level(s). Have not used camera so cannot comment.
