I got this phone for my mom it works great the only thing is the volume buttons are in the wrong position

It is a dumb phone. It takes pretty good pictures. Good battery life. I bought it for my 16yr old. We locked up his smart phone.

Purchased for my 84 year old mother, a simple phone and easy to use. I works well for that purpose.

If you are looking for the anti smart phone. This is it. My grandfather loves this and you can get a basically any cheap phone plan unlike some kther options out there.

Good basic flip phone with a few additional features, reasonble quality camera lens, and most everything you might want in a flip phone. The data entry for things like the phone book is a little different but not difficult to learn. Recommend that you download the instruction manual because not everything on this phone is intuitive.

Does exactly what you need it to do. Internet is mediocre, navigation is frustrating, youtube works... If you want a cheap dumb phone to text, call, and get around, it's fine! Friends tell me audio quality on calls is impressive for a flip phone.

Light weight and easy to use. The camera takes great pictures, and the battery last a long time. Glad I got it.

Excellent device. Allows me to disconnect from the distracting smartphone. The smartphone might be smart, but this little flip phone is wise. There's nothing on it to distract me. I just want calls and texts, and that's what I get with this. It's given me my life back! Thank you, Nokia!

I know this is a good phone as I have another one just like it. It is very easy for us seniors to use with the only problem being that we find it a bit difficult to open it when a call is coming in. Otherwise we are very happy with this phone.

The phone is everything I expected it to be. There were no problems starting it up with my carrier keeping my old number. It is a bit different from my old phone and I am still learning how best to use it.

This Nokia 2780 is just right for me. Its a basic phone, but stronger, heavier & thicker than the Nokia 2720. Works well for peace of mind when driving. I just wanted something for talk & text. The rep at the Best Buy in Fredericksburg (Jon) was very helpful, kind and professional. He understood exactly what I wanted as a young senior just a bit over 65. He was not pushy or looking down on me for not wanting a smart phone when I have computers at home for all that. Very pleased with the phone so far and the great service I received. I'll be back. Thank you so much.

Quality phone, easy to remove and replace battery. Battery not lasting long is likely the only issue you're going to run into. Compatible with mintmobile, tracphone, and assurance wireless.

My husband got very frustrated with his smart flip phone. It was constantly sending him notifications, was difficult to navigate, and sometimes things didn't work properly. He said he wanted a simple flip phone like he used to have. I was surprised to see this Nokia still available. We bought it, transferred the SIM card, transferred contacts, and he lives it! So much easier to use. No touch screen - everything by menu and select. The notifications for texts and phone calls are easy to see and get to - plus easy to clear. This phone is simple but has everything he needs - talk, text, email and pictures. This is a great inexpensive "old tech" phone that works perfectly for him.

My 78 year old dad-in-law couldn't stand his smart phone. He wanted his ol' "dumb phone" back, as he called them. This one is very light but sturdy, has large buttons and an impressively large screen. Heck, even the camera isn't bad. Nothing like the cameras in the flip phones of old. So far, it's a hit!
