This is a great product. My daughter wanted to get rid of the temptation to scroll and she decided to move over to this phone. It's great for text and talk and even has a built in FM Radio.

Best phone have ever bought very basic phone simple to use

This phone seems to work fine, but nobody at Best Buy knows how to work it and the instruction booklet is useless. Mine had more issues than I could deal with, Best Buy and Geek Squad were no help, and it turned out to have a faulty SIM card. Thankfully Google answered most of my questions.

Best decision I made to get this phone to continue living a distraction-less life. It’s a perfect dumb phone, more affordable than lightphone 2 and punkt. Call quality is great. Buttons are big enough that I love texting now. Although you need to customize/hack (available) to get the wifi tethering to work, I still love it. Thanks for the simple design.

A basic flip phone. It works well and the battery lasts for quite a while. While it doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of a smart phone it gets the job done for calls and texts.

This phone was exactly what we needed for a family member who refuses to ever use a smartphone. The old phone was no longer functioning and the options seemed limited. This phone was affordable and we were able to get it to work with AT&T without an issues.

This phone is so much better for my dad than the ones they have at T-Mobile! Works better in every way possible and the Best Buy guy that’s works in phones set it up for us and did everything that was needed in 15 mins instead of the 3/4 hours it would normal take at the T-Mobile store! I love the phone service with (actual) phone service at T-Mobile but store service not so much (at all)

Perfect phone for older users who just want a straight forward phone. Larger buttons, clear display.

This was an excellent choice for my grandma. Now she calls me all the time, without using someone else's phone. She has mild dementia, and this phone is ideal. She calls all her kids and grandkids. Speed dial is great, and the fact that you only need to open the phone to pick up is great. Totally recommend it.

Back to the future! Amazing little phone for people who like the simple things in life. “SEND and END”. If that’s all you need, this is the perfect little gem for you.
