T he screen failed, most likely due to a defective ribbon cable to the screen. There was only a 90-day warranty. I pretty much had to buy it so I could simply swap the sim and get back to work. I bought the 2-year extended warranty this time.

The owners instruction manual is terrible-tiny print and a lot of instruction. Otherwise it is functional. The ringer volume control should have a lock option because it is in a location that you will turn it off just using the phone. I would probably not buy this again.

Bluetooth would not connect.

Im not sure if it was the way Verizon set it up by pairing my old phone with the new one but the blue tooth would not connect to my vehicle. I can no longer use hands free calling in my vehicle. Everything else works fine with the phone except for Bluetooth.

Definitely recommend for someone who needs a flip phone!!
