My brother couldn’t live without his flip phone. Unfortunately he has passed but his flip phone went with him!

I love it. Just a few small software features that would be fantastic, but overall It's great. Got it to be a bare minimum phone, and it's what I was looking for.

This particular phone was great for my 95 year old mother, her other phone went out. I was glad there was a basic flip phone for her since she only uses the phone for emergencies while going to the grocery store or just out running errands.

It is a change from iPhones and welcome. Easier to use.

Screen leaks a lot of brightness even at the lowest brightness setting. Maybe that's justifiable given the economical price, but checking the phone while in bed or in the middle of the night can be very strenuous for your eyes. Otherwise, features and functionality are good.

Easy to use phone for seniors. Works great and simple

I spent an afternoon driving between Verizon and Best Buy to get this phone activated. Best Buy couldn't activate because the account owner was located in another city. I was locked in a finger pointimg argument between Verizon and Best Buy. Verizon stated these phones are no longer supported on the network, and Best buy arguing that they are. Best Buy recommended a path to activate using an external SIM. After an hour of going through Verizon security to activate the phone, we found the phone itself working but no texting. This followed someone higher up at Verizon stating that these phones are no longer supported. I took the phone back to Best Buy. They were going to charge a restocking fee. I blew my stack right in the store where everyone could hear me. A manager intervened and gave me a full refund. Absolutely horrible experience.

Excellent option for my 9 year old, i am using it just for calls and text. It works well.

The older we get, the fewer tasks are required from our phones. This basic phone is all that's needed. The speaker is loud and clear!

Pretty good for a glip phone. Wish you could do more while making a call but its okay. Pretty basic phone and easy to use

Highly recommend this phone if you're still using a flip phone. This phone is 4G LTE and works well when paired with H2O Wireless. Their plan is $5/month (prepaid $60 per year) for unlimited talk and text. H2O Wireless is an MVNO for AT&T Network. This phone has USB-C charging and call quality is excellent whether talking on the phone, or using speakerphone.

My new Nokia flip phone does everything I need it to do. I like it. Compact and easy to use.

Phone is great. It was actually purchased for my 91 yr old father so he can be reached by his family. He’s very happy with it.

Ots a good starter phone for my daughter. She wanted a old school flip phone.
