The phone does what it needs to do as a flip phone. It has some other quality of life features, but downgrading they won't help feel like it.

The phone is adequate for what it is used for. Display is small so it can sometimes be tough to view photos but its main purpose is to be a phone. Satisfied, so far.

After several weeks, I am getting some service as long as I am away from home! I still cannot get calls or anything else in my house. I am learning what I can do with the unit, however, and enjoying the use of it when I am away from home. Cannot speak to camera or battery life yet. Have not been using it long enough yet. However, I do anticipate good use of both.

My SIL washed by brothers flip phone, NOT GOOD. Best Buy had the exact flip phone in stock. Just switched the sim card and everything was GREAT...

This is a flip phone but has the functionality of an android phone

Purchased this phone for my elderly mother who no longer wanted a smartphone as she was finding her smartphone more and more challenging to use. Buttons are big. Screen is much smaller than a smartphone but still readable. I'd recommend for anyone who just wants a basic phone.

Bought this phone for an older person who doesn’t need bells and whistles. Numbers are large, easy to operate, nice blue-green color. Had Nokia phones long ago and they worked well; one of the reasons I bought this one.

this is the perfect no nonsense phone for older adults. big easy to see key pad, large clock and date screen and is perfect for people who just need a phone for making emergency calls when out and about. it's easy to operate and fits comfortably in either your pants pocket or in a small hand bag

Don't mess up a flip phone with KaiOS. If I want a smartphone, I'll buy a smartphone. If I want a flip phone, I don't want "smart-ish" features like access to the internet. Especially on a tiny low-res screen with a low-res camera. Pick a frickin' lane. I wanted a simple flip phone as a first phone for a child. I may have to return this.

The calling works great, typing the letters can be a hassle. The phone is a little light and seems like it can break easily, but it is on the cheaper side. Scrolling through contacts is a bit slow. Also it takes about 2-3 seconds for messages to load. Keys are big, but flat so can be hard to type at types. The phone does what I need it to. GPS is not automatically updated after each step on the route, you need to manually press the button to go to the next step. With moderate use it holds its charge for about 2-3 days.

The Nokia 2780 Flip is an inexpensive phone that is well-built but pretty basic. It has a Snapdragon 215 processor, a basic camera, an SD card slot, and a 1,400 mAh battery. The phone is good for voice calls
