Simple flip phone that does everything I need a phone to do without all the smart phone features I don't need.

Works as well and fufills all nescary functiojs with no added bloat

The phone is perfect for my 88 year old father ..the employee from bestbuy that heped me oder the phone ...over the phone customer service jason was awesome he gets 5 star .... good job

My wife is adamant that cell phones are for talking on, nothing more. Her last flip phone wouldn't work at our house, and our provider wasn't being helpful, so a quick trip to BestBuy took care of it. Now she's happy and so am I.

My brother couldn’t live without his flip phone. Unfortunately he has passed but his flip phone went with him!

Great for a dumb phone, but the charger it came with didn't work in this phone. The charger worked for other USBC charging needs and the phone charged with other USBC items, but for whatever reason just didn't work together. No other complaints!

Like it all and is still easy to use and I understand it’s just like I used my old phone oh so easy for an old man like me over 80

I actually bought the phone for my father who is a bit old school and I have to say he loves it easy to use and to the point

Works well accomodating my basic needs ie; making and receiving calls and messages. Will not allow me to set up my email but that is a minor issue as I email from my computer at my residence.

Great phone for someone who wants away from high tech and older.

The phone looks to be very well made. I wanted to drop the data plan through Verizon wireless and was assured that I could through a Best Buy associate. Turns out that Verizon wireless doesn’t offer any plans without data. My only option is to go from Verizon wireless to Verizon prepaid. Probably sounds lazy but it was a step that I didn’t want to take. I wouldn’t have bought it if I had all the information. Still waiting on Best Buy to make my purchase right. The information I got was inherently accurate but very misleading.

Simple and easy to use, don’t want to have too many features, good for people like me.

Love it. Simple and works well. Good solid battery life. Last about 3 weeks with a full charge. Not using it much but just now have my spam calls directed to this new number for $20 a month on T-Mobile

This phone was exactly what my 90 year old mom needed!

I wanted to love this phone—it’s supposed to be a simple, screen-time saver. Instead, I got a $99 blast from 2009. The good? It makes calls, sends texts, and even has Google Maps (though no GPS, so good luck not getting lost). The bad? It’s bulky, cheaply made, and the hinge felt loose straight out of the box. The camera? Let’s just say it’s more of a decorative feature. At $39, this would’ve been fine. At $99, it’s insulting. Nokia, if you’re charging premium, at least make it durable—or, you know, decent. Two stars because it technically works.

Works great! I’ve had no issues with it so far and does what I need it to do!
