I know this is a good phone as I have another one just like it. It is very easy for us seniors to use with the only problem being that we find it a bit difficult to open it when a call is coming in. Otherwise we are very happy with this phone.

Cell phone got damaged and during repair needed a quick replacement. This flip phone was super easy to setup with a SIM card at the ATT store. Worked perfectly and even the kids enjoyed playing the old school games.

I purchased this phone needing something simple to help me break my smart phone addiction. While it has helped me doing so, it doesnt have any essential apps id need such as cashapp. The phine itself is flimsy, and light weight making it feel a bit cheap and occasionally the screen will 'snow' and you have to restart it. Now, it isnt a horrible phone. Its just not the best, for the price. I wouldve paid $50 for it. It gets the job done without being amazing.

my parents are in their late 70s and they have trouble with all the touch screen stuff. This is a great phone for them. The sound can go nice and loud & clear! The buttons are easy to use and the screen is easy to see. 10/10 reccomend!

Nice flip phone. Large keys with large characters, easy to read. Relatively snappy action, since it's not burdened with a plethora of apps. Good for older folks and seems to be plenty loud at highest level(s). Have not used camera so cannot comment.

works great, I put my at&t sim card in and have had no problems. battery is ok, only thing that i have found really drains it is google maps

Overall, it's not bad, but I was looking for something even simpler. Just a phone that can call and text. The other features make the OS a bit too slow and unresponsive.

Quality phone, easy to remove and replace battery. Battery not lasting long is likely the only issue you're going to run into. Compatible with mintmobile, tracphone, and assurance wireless.

This Nokia 2780 is just right for me. Its a basic phone, but stronger, heavier & thicker than the Nokia 2720. Works well for peace of mind when driving. I just wanted something for talk & text. The rep at the Best Buy in Fredericksburg (Jon) was very helpful, kind and professional. He understood exactly what I wanted as a young senior just a bit over 65. He was not pushy or looking down on me for not wanting a smart phone when I have computers at home for all that. Very pleased with the phone so far and the great service I received. I'll be back. It is very difficult to find "instructions" that explain the phone's features. I still haven't figured out if there is a speakerphone feature. So my main criticism is of the audio clarity. I had wanted to buy a smaller "phone" and give up the heavier, larger and larger "smart" phones. Now I'm using this phone to talk and nothing else. Thus freeing up my time to pursue other interests.

My husband got very frustrated with his smart flip phone. It was constantly sending him notifications, was difficult to navigate, and sometimes things didn't work properly. He said he wanted a simple flip phone like he used to have. I was surprised to see this Nokia still available. We bought it, transferred the SIM card, transferred contacts, and he lives it! So much easier to use. No touch screen - everything by menu and select. The notifications for texts and phone calls are easy to see and get to - plus easy to clear. This phone is simple but has everything he needs - talk, text, email and pictures. This is a great inexpensive "old tech" phone that works perfectly for him.

My 78 year old dad-in-law couldn't stand his smart phone. He wanted his ol' "dumb phone" back, as he called them. This one is very light but sturdy, has large buttons and an impressively large screen. Heck, even the camera isn't bad. Nothing like the cameras in the flip phones of old. So far, it's a hit!

I miss the early 2000’s so decided to deactivate my iPhone and activate this flip phone. I loved the nostalgic feel I got from using it but dude is it a pain to go from using an iPhone to this, with texts taking much longer and no useful maps to use. Also build quality is still superb like I knew it would be. Still love it tho and will keep it forever for nostalgic memories. May reactivate it again and use it for a while at some point.

I really like my new Nokia Flip Phone. It fits in my pocket and I do not have to carry it in my hand or wonder where It is most of the time. It works very well and it has all of the features that I need. It is also less expensive.

This is a replacement flip phone from LG 4ge.So far phone is working well and good for a 58-year-old. I use it mostly for calls and texting. Letters are big and easy to retrieve and text. Battery life is great. Make sure you get a phone case as an added accessory to prevent wear and tear. The phone does a lot so make sure you read the Manuel. The sound should be set to a comfortable setting and comes with a plug-in chord as well.
