My husband got very frustrated with his smart flip phone. It was constantly sending him notifications, was difficult to navigate, and sometimes things didn't work properly. He said he wanted a simple flip phone like he used to have. I was surprised to see this Nokia still available. We bought it, transferred the SIM card, transferred contacts, and he lives it! So much easier to use. No touch screen - everything by menu and select. The notifications for texts and phone calls are easy to see and get to - plus easy to clear. This phone is simple but has everything he needs - talk, text, email and pictures. This is a great inexpensive "old tech" phone that works perfectly for him.

I really like my new Nokia Flip Phone. It fits in my pocket and I do not have to carry it in my hand or wonder where It is most of the time. It works very well and it has all of the features that I need. It is also less expensive.

this is the perfect no nonsense phone for older adults. big easy to see key pad, large clock and date screen and is perfect for people who just need a phone for making emergency calls when out and about. it's easy to operate and fits comfortably in either your pants pocket or in a small hand bag

My 78 year old dad-in-law couldn't stand his smart phone. He wanted his ol' "dumb phone" back, as he called them. This one is very light but sturdy, has large buttons and an impressively large screen. Heck, even the camera isn't bad. Nothing like the cameras in the flip phones of old. So far, it's a hit!

Great Nokia flip-phone with everything necessary for calling. Probably not as tough as 3310 was, but at least halfway close-enough. Large buttons, quick-dial, great loudspeaker and mike quality. Long battery life, good support of networks.

It’s exactly what you need out of a basic flip phone. Overall quality is good, buttons are pretty large which is nice.

Phones covers all the basics. The buttons are on the mushier side and sometimes repeated alarms will ring anyway if turned off (I have hit the actual back button instead of the hang up button since others have complained about alarms and claimed which button pressed matters). Otherwise, it's a good daily driver. It keeps me connected to my friends and family through texts and calls. With minimal usage, it lasts about 2-3 days before charging.

Excellent device. Allows me to disconnect from the distracting smartphone. The smartphone might be smart, but this little flip phone is wise. There's nothing on it to distract me. I just want calls and texts, and that's what I get with this. It's given me my life back! Thank you, Nokia!

Overall is good basic phone. Only downside is that Wi-Fi calling drops off occasionally and I have to reconnect

Phone does what I was hoping it would do! It gets 3 stars because pretty frequently the screen will look like an old fuzzy tv screen where I can't do anything. I press a bunch of buttons until it finally goes back to normal. Also I still haven't figured out how to get my email set up. I think this is a google issue, but it still is very difficult and you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it which I havent been able to figure out. Overall though it clears up my head space because it's not a smart phone and I probably would do it again.

I bought this phone for my Uncle who was not getting the hang of a touchscreen phone. While I only have used this phone during set up and initial testing I can say it's a nice phone. I haven't used a flip phone in over a decade and was presently surprised at how update this phone is and how good it feels in the hand. You can transfer your contacts from Google to the phone, the call quality was good, and the response time after a key click was great! While the phone can get more technical if you need to be realistic on what a phone like this can do. Your not going to be texting long messages on this phone because it uses a non qwerty keyboard. Your not going to get a replacement computer or camera like most higher price and tech phones are either. This phone is for talking on and sending short text messages anything other than that is going to be annoying.

Works great and fills our need. Nice that is has some games to pass the day.

Bought for 87 year old. She is figuring it out. It is different from her old one, has more options for things, and good size text for reading. Pretty user friendly for someone who isn't tech savy.
