Great Nokia flip-phone with everything necessary for calling. Probably not as tough as 3310 was, but at least halfway close-enough. Large buttons, quick-dial, great loudspeaker and mike quality. Long battery life, good support of networks.
I would recommend this to a friend

Easy to use for senior who doesn't do the more technical phones.

this is the perfect no nonsense phone for older adults. big easy to see key pad, large clock and date screen and is perfect for people who just need a phone for making emergency calls when out and about. it's easy to operate and fits comfortably in either your pants pocket or in a small hand bag

I bought this phone for my Uncle who was not getting the hang of a touchscreen phone. While I only have used this phone during set up and initial testing I can say it's a nice phone. I haven't used a flip phone in over a decade and was presently surprised at how update this phone is and how good it feels in the hand. You can transfer your contacts from Google to the phone, the call quality was good, and the response time after a key click was great!
While the phone can get more technical if you need to be realistic on what a phone like this can do. Your not going to be texting long messages on this phone because it uses a non qwerty keyboard. Your not going to get a replacement computer or camera like most higher price and tech phones are either. This phone is for talking on and sending short text messages anything other than that is going to be annoying.
Thank you for leaving wonderful feedback. We're glad to hear you were satisfied with your purchase!

I really love the phone. I wanted a flip phone to be more detached from the internet, but I still needed hotspot capabilities for when I’m working on the road. This phone gives me both of those requirements.
Camera is what you’d expect out of a flip phone - don’t expect canon quality ha

I am very satisfied with my Nokia Flip Phone. It is in perfect condition and came to me exactly as described. It has met my expectations and has resulted in helping me accomplish my goal of being less distracted in this age of distraction. Thank you, Best Buy!

Phones covers all the basics. The buttons are on the mushier side and sometimes repeated alarms will ring anyway if turned off (I have hit the actual back button instead of the hang up button since others have complained about alarms and claimed which button pressed matters). Otherwise, it's a good daily driver. It keeps me connected to my friends and family through texts and calls. With minimal usage, it lasts about 2-3 days before charging.

Got this little phone for my mom for her birthday and she loves it! She never wanted a “fancy shmancy smart phone” so I took a chance on this and she was so happy! 100% recommend!

After several weeks, I am getting some service as long as I am away from home! I still cannot get calls or anything else in my house. I am learning what I can do with the unit, however, and enjoying the use of it when I am away from home. Cannot speak to camera or battery life yet. Have not been using it long enough yet. However, I do anticipate good use of both.

Bought this phone for an older person who doesn’t need bells and whistles. Numbers are large, easy to operate, nice blue-green color. Had Nokia phones long ago and they worked well; one of the reasons I bought this one.

Phone does what I was hoping it would do! It gets 3 stars because pretty frequently the screen will look like an old fuzzy tv screen where I can't do anything. I press a bunch of buttons until it finally goes back to normal. Also I still haven't figured out how to get my email set up. I think this is a google issue, but it still is very difficult and you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it which I havent been able to figure out. Overall though it clears up my head space because it's not a smart phone and I probably would do it again.
