    good budget phone

Good cheap phone that I recommend for someone who does basic stuff. Has dual SIM so you can use two numbers at same time, has android stock and not some nokia version. Is slow, of course it is a cheap budget phone but gets stuff done. Nokia will be No.1 in few years just because they have phones for all economic classes of people. They have higher end phones too. Comes with a micro usb so takes a lot of time to charge. Has FM radio and the external SD slot dedicated (separate from the sim slots) that you can transfer apps as the internal storage is a mere 16GB.

Dual sim, Compatible wtih T-mobile Volte, T-mobile wifi calling, decent performance, form factor to use with one hand- these were the things that I was looking for in a phone. Finally, Nokia 3.1 satisfied all these and more. It is pure android- no crapware like in Sammys. Great buy for less than $200.

I Purchased because my son needed a new phone and wanted it with USB type C, but it's just a regular micro usb even though online it says otherwise. And Bestbuy wants to charge me a restocking fee because I opened it! The phone is alright, but best buy customer service... not so much.

    Wait for the 32GB/3GB Model

I'm not sure why Nokia is still making a phone with only 16GB of storage (about 8GB available to the user for apps and data) in 2018, but here we are. They also make a version of the 3.1 model with 32GB of storage and 3GB of RAM that should offer better performance and should be no more than $20 more. I'd wait for Best Buy to get that version instead. I'm also surprised Nokia limited the external storage to 128GB. Even my 3-year-old $100 phone supports 256GB.
