I couldn't figure out how to shut off the alarm. I couldn't return it without paying a substantial fee, so I kept it and it sits in a drawer. Idea is more tempting than it is useful. Good phone for a kid to take to school without getting addicted to apps.

My teenage daughter got this phone as a punishment. I took her iPhone X away for having attitude and gave her this for a month. She learned her lesson very quick.

I love that I can stay in contact with my 10 year old without having to worry about him being on apps we don’t like. He can still call and text me when we are apart.

Bought this for my son for occasional use when he's going hiking around the neighborhood or for emergency. I don't think he's ready for a smartphone yet at this time.

My grandma loves it so much I'm thinking of getting one for myself... It was a little confusing to get the SIM card to fit properly.

Bought it for my grandmum, its a nice little piece of nostalgia but it had a lot of connectivity issues when i inserted my AT&T sim in it. Had to return it. Basic phone with basic functions with Snake preinstalled. Not the original game though.

This is a nice back up phone for my use. Although there is no keyboard, it works for texting short messages. Has many features, including call block.

It does what it it made to do. It’s not a smart phone so don’t complain if it doesn’t work as an iPhone or any other smartphone.

I did not use this product. I had to return it as it need new connection charges.

Nokia seems to have decided to make a basic phone like no other. They've included a bunch of apps you don't expect on a basic phone, but they've also made the most simple actions intricate, and in some cases seemingly impossible. Since I started using cell phones in 2004, I have never owned, nor seen, a phone that is as difficult to use as this one. There are different versions of this same model, so you can't even go online and see how to use this current model. You'll search and find articles about how to use it, and when you watch them you'll be like "Wait...that option isn't even showing on my screen". I'll give you the most glaring examples - you can't manually turn off the screen. There's no setting for that. There's just a timer. If you're on the home screen when the screen turns off, you'll have to "unlock" it in order to use the phone again (regardless of the fact that you set it for "do not lock"). You'll press the main button to turn the screen back on, and then it will tell you that you need to press "*" to use the phone. The "do not lock" setting only works if the screen turns off while you're on screens other than the home screen. And I had no idea how to end a call. I pressed every single button and a call would not end. I tried this on several phone calls. I literally had to shut down or wait for the other person to end the call. I'll give Nokia the benefit of the doubt and assume there is a simpler way to end the call, but don't expect to get that information from the online user guide. The guide has "how to make a call" and "how to answer a call". Then it goes to the next topic. There is no "how to end a call". It's really as if Nokia went out of their way to make using this phone a struggle.

Perfect phone for kids. The basic calling and texting capabilities without all the distraction of a smart phone.

This is a perfect phone if you are looking for a phone simply to make calls and stay connected.

A year after received my first 3310 3G, I have gotten several more as gifts to friends and family. This is such a great gift for anyone!

Nokia is one of the best phone ever made. It's great they still make them in an unlocked phone for prepaid service. Definitely recommend!
