It works for 5 minutes, but won't stay on the network. Call tmobile and they say it doesn't work on new networks. At least explain somewhere, if this is your first time using this product, know that I will have to purchase the sim card separately or whatever that area is after the battery is slid in place is above it on the right hand side.

I took it to T-Mobile and the SIM card while it work in the sense that it picked T-Mobile's networks it would just not pick signal at all. Given this phone is only 3G my guess it's not compatible with T-Mobile's 4G network.
