Customers are saying

Customers find value in the simplicity, long battery life, and nostalgia of the 3310 Cell Phone. They appreciate its durability, affordability, and the fact that it is unlocked for use with any carrier. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the camera quality, small buttons, lack of dedicated volume control, usability for seniors, and the absence of Wi-Fi.

    Love it! This phone rocks!

This phone is wonderful, so happy! this just what I wanted, so cool. Features and functionality are great, a sharp looking phone and everyone that see's it asks me about it. (I activated with Red Pocket using At&T's network. You can purchase an activation kit that comes with SIM cards at CVS). The only thing I am disappointed about is the lack of support this phone is getting. When I went into Best Buy in Downers Grove, IL to purchase it- the spot where it was supposed to be displayed was empty. (but they do stock it, and keep them in a drawer) The Rep in that department said that they had not received display phones from their Corporate office. Why would this be? I hope its not deliberate. Please stock display model's in your stores and keep more than 5 phones on hand for purchase. This phone may not be generating a large $ commission, but people do want to see it and purchase it too.

Nice Looking, Hard UI, not NET10 carryover.

It's pretty. The FM tuner is nice. The headphones which come with it are very good. I had trouble with the user interface. That might be me. If you want an old style phone that runs forever a a battery charge this is it. If you want a Net10 pay as you go with carryover this is not it. It's never going to run on my net10 prepaid with carry over account. I got the net10 sim card for bring your own phone and that automatically locks loses your time and days, throws you out of the prepaid with carry over plan and puts you into a monthly unlimited plan. Unlimited would be good if you are on the phone 8 hours a day, I suppose. I wish I could use my old Nokia 1200.

I bought this phone for my mother that is a senior and was having issues with her flip phone. I order this one but when I got it I was dissapointed on how flimsy the phone actually is. It feels more like a toy phone and does not have a volume setting. I wish I knew that sooner. I can't return it because there is a $45 re stocking fee, so what's the point. I would not recommend.

I loved this phone. I was going camping with friends and asked if I could borrow it. My cousin has had it for a couple years now and it still works perfect. I talked to parents about getting one for myself and it should be coming next week.

    Finicky phone

Like others, I was excited about this new Nokia due to nostalgia. However I was sorely disapointed. First off, it is NOT made to last like its predecessors. It is made of flimsy, light, thin plastic. My old one was built like a tank in comparison. Secondly, it took forever for it to connect to TMobile (it connected to ATT easily). After 2 days of playing with it, I think the problem is that the (brand new) Tmobile sim card comes in a micro size with a frame to make it bigger in order to fit. Due to the sim+frame, it does not lay perfectly flat in the slot and the wiggle makes it not able to connect. We finally got it to work last night, but by the morning it was showing a NO SIM message again. I might try to get a one piece (correct size) sim from Tmobile ($25 fee). But I don't have patience for this toy-like device to act out and drop service daily. No other phone does this. And Best Buy charges $35 for restocking fee! The ring tones are awful. And the inability to get rid of the phone lock is annoying. I don't want to press home-asterix every 2 minutes to unlock. Find another phone. You will just be annoyed with this one.

    Great for my dad!

So I got this for my dad who isn't into smart phones as his daily driver, he does use a smartphone for whatsapp caling though but that's about ti. He wanted something old school and simple and this did the trick. Reliable like the old Nokia stuff and working strong a year later. One thing to note is these comes in 2g, 3g and 4g versions, seeing how 2g is at the brink of being discontinued in many regions, you should consider a 2g/3g version like this one and 4g would be more future proof and probably get the best signal in all areas.

    Low quality device

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I was looking at a feature phone, something simple, and quad band. This phone is a feature phone, but it is a quickly released product far from Nokia old known quality. 1- Battery. Advertised to last 27 days. It dies it less than 4 days. I had it replaced at Best Buy for a brand new Nokia, still the same issue. Trust me, I am an engineer, I tried to solve it. 2- Service. Can't properly have coverage inside buildings (I am using H2O). In my house = no coverage ! 3- Pre-installed garbages. The phone comes filled with demo games and apps (Disney Kingdom, LittleBig City 2, Asphalt Nitro, Real Football, Facebook, Twitter, Snake). You canNOT remove those app. 4- The phone is not easy to use. Difficult to adjust sounds level and go from vib mode to loud mode, stuff like that. I used to be so straight forward with the old Nokia phone. Am-I too old or too young for this phone? I don't know but it just does not work for me.

This phone is light weight and has good sound quality. Note: it only has 3G support, and is GSM (so only works on Tmobile and ATT).

I should have bought a better feature phone

Call quality is good as other reviewers have mentioned. Here are the issues as i see it. I am on ATT network and after getting at BB, I had SIM installed at ATT 1. MMS and group text did not work post installation. Group text resolved now, but multimedia messages can not be view. Voicemail access broken in the SIM switch. 2. 3G does not work. 3. The Scroll key is also the enter key. So it's ver hard to navigate. Think corrupt data entry and accidentally calling/text people. 4. $35 restock fee on $60 dollar item is extractive business practice 5. Salespeople at bestbuy didn't know much about this phone. ATT tech support on this phone was mystified and stumped.

Tried to get 2 of these phones to work. Neither would connect to t-moible or AT&T!!!! Nokia's support team was utterly unhelpful and Best Buy wants $35 restocking to return.

I got this for my 80 year old mother and is the worse mistake i had ever done. This phone locks the screen on its own and it dont have a feature to keep it unlocked because to unlocked you must press Start button to turn the screen on then the middle button then the star button to unlocked what kind of thing is that!NOT AN ELDERY PHONE! just because is not an android doesn't mean that an elderly can use itvis super difficult to understand even to add a contact.
