Slow slow slow............. ....................

I bought this phone for my wife, the phone looked good until she tried to make phone calls and send audio, and the microphone was terrible. nothing was heard we restarted the phone and she was able to make some calls and send audios and then out of nowhere the audio stopped working again. I don't know what to do if I return it so they can give me my money or exchange it for another.

Should have listened to some of the comments THIS PHONE AINT WORTH IT AFTER 2 WEEKS SCREEN GOES BLACK HAVE TO CONSTANTLY PUSH SIDE BUTTONS TO GET IT ON WHEN MAKING A CALL WANTED TO SEND AN GET MYMONEY BACK YOU GUYS AN F--D UP POLICY OF RETURNS

Got this phone, very excited about it. Paid a decent price for it, and 1 day into using it the microphone was not working right. It was making noises that would make any conversation simply impossible. Returned it immediately.

At first this seemed like a decent phone, until used to make phone calls. Microphone was terrible. It sounded like I was outside talking into the wind. Ended up returning this phone after 1st day.

This is the worst phone I have ever owned. The notifications on this are horrible. I don't receive complete messages at the time sent or I receive them hours later. I've had this less than a year and it's ready for the trash.

It is crap, do not waste your money on this. I bought this for my husband and it did not last but maybe a few months, he had problems with it from the beginning. I ended up at the AT&T store and got him an S9 Galaxy instead.

I’m using the phone only 4 days because 5 day in the morning the screen was cracked and I never dropped or anything. So I’m back to Best Buy and some employee said it’s nothing to do. I’m really unhappy about this.

This has to be the most overpriced phone I have ever purchased. I bought this phone last month and the phone no longer charges. For the price I paid I thought charging the phone would not be an issue. But it is.

I purchased 2 cell phones, The microphone in one does not work. and I already returned the 2nd... The screen came factory defective. Not satisfied at all!!! Realy bad products...

1) It takes too long to turn 2) charging is slow and there is fast charge option 3) podcasts don't work It's ok for a basic phone

The phone was sooooo cute and a perfect size but it was sooo old school the technology was not up to date enough for me

The screen turns black during video calls. It sometimes restarts on its own.

Not recommend it i use it for 1 month then stop working

Not sure I understand why anyone would say anything negative about this product. I mean for the price point you get a lot. I picked this up yesterday and I am very impressed with the build quality and speed. Face it - If you've been around the last 10 years you've most likely owned other cell phones. I have used LG, Samsung, Actel, BLU, and Motorola just to name a few. Each of those products have good and bad qualities. I have to be completely honest that my experience with Samsung has not been the greatest. I have owned Samsung laptops, TVs, monitors, etc. and found the build quality to be much lower than I would have expected. LG has always been good. The Nokia 4.2 has totally changed my perspective. Although I just purchased the product I am fairly confident that the overall experience will be great based on initial impression. The only downside to the product is the Google search bar - Not Nokia's fault. Apparently this is an inherent "Google" thing to force specific functions on customers and not allow for greater customization. Google, to me, is way to intrusive. The company that comes to market with a better OS that support complete privacy will innovate the world. I never use Google browser or search function anyway. I use DuckDuckGo.

I love my Nokia 4.2 I normally would be using an iPhone or Samsung phone, but since I messed up my iPhone I had to get a phone ASAP and I saw this beauty and it does what I need just like the flagship phone but in a simple and easy way !!! But there is two little minor issue l'm going to complain about one is it DOESN'T LET ME DOWNLOAD THE AMAZON APP FROM THE PLAY STORE BECAUSE THE PHONE DOESN'T SUPPORT IT !!! BOOO I live for Amazon and I need my app badly so that needs to be FIXED. Second I wish it was Type-C since majority of mid range phones are now Type-C it would makes it easier to find that charger. But all in all I think the Nokia 4.2 is a great simple budget phone !!!

This phone is great. I purchased it for $149.99, and I cannot believe that it is designed so well. It looks stylish like an expensive smartphone, and the features are good. 3GB RAM, 32GB Memory, and a Micro USB port... good features for what I need it for. Web pages load quickly and the battery life is good. I don't typically play video games or watch movies on my phone, so I am unsure about it's usage for that. It is a great phone for calling, messaging, browsing, etc.

Bought this a couple months ago. Switched from a Samsung Galaxy j3. Honestly I miss my old phone. I loved this Nokia at first...but then. It's not actually 32gb internal storage. Just the start up and apps that automatically come with it takes up 10gb of memory off top. Service sucks and drops calls and internet....all....the.....time. The speaker is low and is hard to hear when on speaker phone sometimes. The absolute worst part is: more times than not when I make a call, the screen goes black. I can not hang up or put or speaker phone, or use the automated phone systems.... I literally just went through this with FedEx. Took 30mins for the automated system to figure out it had reached the end of it's recording and eventually hung up. Even plugging it in doesn't bring back the screen So basically I can't even make calls most time and it even happens when calls come in. Worst phone I ever had. And most money I've ever paid for a phone and the protection plan. Wish I had never spent a penny on this phone. I'd give it a zero if I could and I do not reccomend this phone. P.s. even in a protected case, if it's accidentally dropped, the screen cracks. I hate this stupid phone.... Sigh
