Looks pretty but it heats up quickly

It looks good and I was happy with the look. After the charging was full, I I used wifi for 30 mins or more then I made a call it last only 4 mins but the device was extremely hot and it would not work for me. I have been trying to contact the agent over the phone and the call was disconnected. I also contacted via live chat and it was only automated. I would rather to change with different phone and hopefully, they will give me the option to return via e-account.

I didn't took the time to read the reviews. This phone is so far the worse. The screen goes dark when you are using it. You can't hang up, make calls send text, or answer calls. I can say that I'm done with Nokia and it is sad because my very first cellphone was a Nokia and it was great.
