Cost Performance value for this product is not very good for me. Slow performance.

Stock Android with a solid Snapdragon 662, decent cameras and no bloatware!! Built solid and to last which is what Nokia/HMD does best. I highly recommend this unit. I am keeping mine until the G20 or X20 get released in the US later this year. Well done HMD!

Quality good for the price- after using an iPhone it is almost impossible for any other phone to please you with camera quality- but great value for price!

I was forced to get this for my work phone otherwise I would have never gotten another "Nokia" phone. My previous work phone was a Nokia 6 that generally worked fine except for the random restarts (seems to be a common thread across multiple "Nokia" phones) beginning a couple of years ago and the periodic need for manual restarts to make phone calls work. Anyhow, I digress... Immediately upon setup, I realized that this phone doesn't support 5GHz WiFi. Seriously? My 4-year old Nokia 6 had it. Then the biometrics and gestures are clunky at best and generally don't work well. I've given up on Face ID because it rarely works. The fingerprint sensor takes multiple tries to unlock and it requires me to enter the PIN number first time every day. The iOS like gestures are a nice idea, but the implementation isn't smooth and reliable. Also, I've already had to manually restart this phone once because it wouldn't receive/make calls. And on top of that, this phone still seems to have the unmutable and annoyingly loud startup sound. This phone looks good on paper, but it's poorly implemented (everything except battery life which is great). I would have returned this phone had I purchased it for my own personal use.

I bought 2 of these phones to replace Nokia 5.3's that did not support 4g. My wife and I don't stream music, we have over 800GB of CD's ripped as M4A file type. Then we use Android Auto to listen to music in our cars. This worked flawlessly on our old 5.3's. Unfortunately, the 5.4 phones do not support M4A file type, even though it is supposed to. FLAC files take forever to decode and pause. Nokia support wasn't any help. I just put an M4A file on my son's cheaper Nokia G10 and it decodes it just fine. Overall, the phone is good, but I will be moving away from them as soon as I can afford to. They just don't support what an older model did and what I want my phones to do.

So far the Nokia has been shutting down randomly and rebooting with no real assistance on line as to why its doing this.. after taking with friend with a similar Nokia phone, he said his does the same thing. Pretty irritating as this was a gift for my daughter.

I have been owning the phone for several months. It is the best option for its price rane.

I wanted to write a good review about this phone and I was going to...but this phone continuously drops calls. We thought it was our service at first, so we bought a signal booster for our home ($500 Later) and it still drops calls, everywhere. Of course we wanted to rule out other reasons besides for jumping to conclusions that it was the phone and now we cannot return it. I am sooooo displeased with this phone. I did alot of research and thought this one was going to be a great fit, not so much. I didnt want to spend $600-$1,000 on a PHONE, because we arent that into our phones, but the 1 thing we do along is call on it... weird. And thats the 1 thing that is horrible with this phone. Im out $200 and will probably have to purchase a new phone because this one is junk for calling. Whats the point ? I wanted to give Best Buy a good rating because their shipping was great... but im out $200 plus the signal booster, and no way to return or exchange for a different phone that works.
