    Great phone, no 4G.

You won't get 4G. I bought it because it looked like all the bands matched up, but I never get 4G speeds. Now that I bought it and had it for a couple months, I've found new info that says it doesn't have the right bands for 4G, only 2G, which I think is where the confusion is coming from. This is not a good phone for the US market whatsoever, and I feel like misinformation has been purposely dispersed in the net to deceive potential buyers and thus increase Nokia market share. I notice Nokia themselves answering questions online and saying that it's compatible with Tmo and ATT, but it certainly does not get 4G (at least not in my area).

Works well for me. I don't load a bunch of useless apps on my phones so I haven't seen any slowdown or freezing issues.

Serious Power On Issues with Nokia 6.1

I bought Nokia 6.1 in June and it did work great for the first month. All of sudden one day, the phone was dead even though the battery was above 50%. Tried all the options to power on the phone but didn't work. Sent the phone to Nokia and got it after 10 days. The phone was good for few weeks and again it didn't power on. I last couple more weeks. All of sudden it worked and then dead again for the third time today. The phone has serious issues with Power on. This is the third time and there is no customer phone support in US except that you need to send the phone by Fed Ex. Lost more than 4 weeks without phone in the last three months. I have been using Nokia phones for last 4 years and this is a serious disappointment.

    Horrible network support

This device lacks band 30, 66, or 71 support which can be a huge concern for those in rural towns or in congested areas as the device wouldn't have access to newer network technology. Otherwise, everything else about it is okay for the price. Not sure why Best Buy thinks it's okay to charge $119 for 2 year geek squad support on a $269 phone.

    Terrible Camera

First off, I so much wanted to love this phone. Looks awesome, nice display, android one so latest updates, fast most of the time. This could be a killer phone, but the camera is absolutely terrible. Frequently locks up or freezes the phone. Really? I have spent hours researching the camera issue. Have all the latest updates. Even tried a Google Camera APK but no luck. I just can't believe Nokia would make a phone with such a crappy camera. I contacted tech support from Nokia, zero response. Again, a shame because for the money this could be a great phone if not for the camera. The fact Nokia won't do anything about it tells me all I need to know about long term support and lack of product support. If you take lots of pictures do not buy this phone.

    Almost Unusable

This phone has potential but the lack of ram and processing power makes this thing lag stutter and freeze every few seconds. I hate this phone. You could be running the messages app only and it will stutter and freeze. At most it has about 850mb out of 3GB of ram available to be used by apps. Don't get it. It will be nothing but frustration. Takes a full 30 seconds to open the stock camera app. When you use the stock camera app it will get stuck on processing the photos and never actually finish forcing you to download a new camera app from the app store.

I think I made a mistake purchasing this phone

This is the first time I write a review, 1) this is because it is the first time I buy a phone that has a battery that won't last 2 days, unlike my other phones I usually buy. 2) Just after 4 weeks, the screen started freezing, as of now approximately after 34days, I cant even use it, I can't swipe to take a call or read a message (screen still frozen) I can't even turn it off... 3) If I didn't have final exams I would have returned it, by the first week or within 14days (bestbuy policy) for a poor battery. For now I just hope Nokia will fix it, meanwhile... no phone!! ):

    Stay away from this phone.

I've had this phone for over 6 months and I regret ever purchasing it. The build quality is extremely poor, I've dropped this phone from less than a foot and it's shattered the back of the phone, as well as some scratches and cracks on the screen . The phone is missing features found on more modern (and less expensive) phones such as NFC and HML to name a couple. There are better phones for around the same price, stay away from this one.

    Heating Up

Must say, beautiful phone, clean Android experience, but- heated up noticibly when simply taking photos. Not going to risk it. I wish Best Buy still carried ZTE & Huawei phones...

    Undercooked Nokia.

For the two days that I had the phone it ran peppy and smooth. I bought it on Thanksgiving and it instantly updated to Android 9. But the killer was an audio issue that appeared through both the headphone jack and Bluetooth. It made the audio sound like it was coming through a set of headphones you find in a cereal box turned up way too loud. Return to my local Best buy store still got stuck with restocking fee.
