It quit charging due to a faulty connector. Bought Geek squad , Best they could do was send me a refurb for an additional $80.00. Or possibly send me a gift card but they can't tell until I pay the fee. Or credit me for the Geek wty if I went in to the store and proved lack of damage. I am eating $300 approx and while Best Buy does not make the phone, I have been purchasing their for 25+ years and always buy a warranty which typically goes unused.Since this was so new I was hoping for a little courtesy to help out but this was not offered. Need a new phone which I am purchasing elsewhere and will avoid purchasing at Best Buy in the near future. This has left a bad taste.The GSquad tech was helpful and listed but manager said no
