it the one of the best android phones that I have. battery on this phone is great I can usual can get two days of battery out of it. The camera is good but there can be to much noise at time. The call quality is a little weird at times the calls come in clear and other times people sound far away but overall Im still happy with the phone

You can't beat the value this phone brings. I have had no problems with it. Looks and feels great. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Just got this phone yesterday. This is a gorgeous phone! No issues at all. Excellent design and hardware looks first class. Updated to Pie OS, version 9.0 upon start up. Took a while, but it's worth it!! Nokia done it again in producing excellent piece of hardware, certainly recommend getting this device to all who're interested.

I've had plenty of Samsung phones and I had my first Motorola phone about a year ago but I just bought the Nokia 7.1 a few weeks ago & I love it. Samsung & Motorola get all the hype & backing but Nokia did a great job on the 7.1

Sharp looking. Awesome screen. Great processing power thanks to solid specs and Android one. Camera is not that bad at all with a nice touch of tricks and gimmicks. Luxury look and feel at a wonderful price point!

Recently bought this phone to replace my earlier Windows based Nokia phone. Since Uber and Lyft Services are not supported by so called Windows, I had to look for Android phone, I thought I can go with same Nokia version but with Android, Unfortunately when I visited Best Buy in Schaumburg, Chicago, I saw this super duper Nokia 7.1....Even though I am a very conscious buyer, I made serious mistake by getting attracted to this phone..,.Guys...Listen , primary purpose of any phone what so ever...$1000 or $10...you should be able to make a call and receive the call without any issue...here, after buying this so called mid range super duper phone...who ever I am calling, they say they could not hear me...same on my side too...I could not hear them....Nokia can close their Business and very well get out their business rather than keeping the Nokia buyers in to trouble. When I call their Customer service..that was the first time...I had very poor and rude Customer Service...eventually...no Fix...I continue with my problem till now...this week end I am planning to return...whatever be the loss...My request to every one is....please think 100 times before buying this phone. I could not give Zero stars as there is no option. Again, my request...think several times before selecting this piece of crap as your choice

Nokia finally launched this Android phone which is far good than its previous models but still not worth compared to other models of this range.

I purchased this phone back in April at Best Buy. We have had numerous issues with it. The last one was the phone would not charge. I sent it in thinking it would be covered by warranty. After 10 days I contacted customer support and was told to be patient. The next thing I heard from them was that the phone was heading back to me and could not be fixed. They said a sensor was triggered. This phone has not gotten wet and after searching google I found that a lot of Nokia 6.1 and 7.1 phones had the same issue. This is customer no service at its best. To make matters worse they sent the phone back in worse shape then when we sent it. Glue on the sides and the front not set correctly. I suggest that everyone avoid these nokia phones.

The phone locks up occasionally. I can overlook that. But after only 2 1/2 months of very careful handling, the USB-C port no longer can be used to charge the phone unless I manually hold the cord end with great pressure into the charging port. I've tried the original cord that came with the phone and several other cords that are fresh out of the package and tested with other phones. I have verified the charging port is clean and free of debris. The phone is virtually useless now. I'll never buy another nokia product again. What garbage. I should have gotten a samsung.

This phone was great for the first couple of months. Then it started overheating all the time and battery draining like crazy. Shutting off when there was still a charge, etc. Took my phone case off to find out it was swollen from overheating. Shocked and extremely disappointed. 4 months old. I'm lucky it didn't catch fire on me.

I haven't gotten a call in months. All the sudden I have a message. It doesn't even say I missed a call. I've had this phone for 3 months and it seems worse every day. I guess I'm stuck with it for now though.

Low volume during calls on speaker & headset I am returning this phone today.
