This little gym is nifty to have in a crunch. I purchased it as a backup phone. I use a Galaxy Note 9 as my daily. It's my first Nokia ever and I have to say I'm a little impressed!

Great camera. Great screen. Android 9 with guaranteed updates to 10 and 11 for $250. I couldn't ask for more!

I bought my Nokia 7.1 yesterday and I was so excited to have a Nokia phone again - and even more excited that it is a part of the Android One program. When I set up my device, I noticed that the security update was still on September 2018. So I tried updating my device over WIFI, with and without LTE services on, and even performed a master reset to set it up as a new device. After 24 hours, and leaving my phone on all night, there is still no update. I decided to chat with Nokia support. They took over 10 minutes to respond to my issue (this is after the chat agent named Melissa entered the chat). Then I was told to hold down the Up volume and Power button for 10 second until the 'Powered by Android' GUI appeared. My phone said 'Android One' when I did this. I informed Melissa. She said to then start the phone in Safe Mode since this didn't work. I asked her how to do it. She repeated the same steps as before, but to select Safe Mode. I did it again, and no option for Safe Mode appeared. After each step, Melissa said, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" before I was able to perform the steps that she suggested. After I waited another extended amount of time for her to respond, I just advised her that I was going to return the defective device today and closed the chat. But the chat was still open (the agent has to disconnect to close the chat) and I was getting notifications on my PC, but couldn't open the chat again. I noticed something a little different this time. Her name wasn't Melissa anymore - it was now Mohammed and the name of the Nokia chat changed to something else that I couldn't catch on my screen because the notification closed so quickly. Needless to say, I will not trust Nokia with any future products or services, I am returning the device today to get something else. I hope Best Buy waives the restocking fee. This was by far the most concerning issue with Security Updates and any support chat platform I had ever had.

The Nokia 7.1 is exactly what I was looking for in a phone. It has a nice screen, good size, and takes great pictures. The speed is great. The finger print scanner on the back took about 10 minutes to get used to and now I unlock the phone with no problems. The phone is really slick because the case is all glad, so I purchased a cheap $7 sleeve and a screen protector.

This is a 64 gb AndroidOne phone, with 4gb ram, with 3 years of security and 2 years of software updates guaranteed. Battery life is average, camera is average

The Nokia 7.1 isn't just an unlocked budget friendly phone. It's just plain a great phone! It's looks, feels, and performs just as great if not better than phones at twice the price point. Plus being Android One, you're guaranteed prompt updates for 3 years. It's already running Android Pie.

I love this phone. For a fraction of the price of flagship devices I have an Android Pie phone. So far the only thing I noticed that bothers me is that outgoing call volume is very low. You can fix it by turning off VoLTE in Advanced Network Features. Sounds like a bug Nokia needs to fix.

As honest as can be, the phone is great, rock solid, as you would expect from Nokia. However, we live beside a lake and have very weak coverage because the lake is surrounded by hills and no masts. This phone was the worst we have seen for coverage. So, if you have good signal in the cities then I would recommend it. If you live out in the sticks, avoid it.

This phone is rock solid! It's glass back and metal body really makes it feel premium. The gorilla glass is strong and smooth. This is the first phone I've owned where it has a notch... And to be honest I got used to it. The performance is like that of a $600-700 phone but for half the price. And the Android One experience is both easy to use and secure. I'd buy this 10 times over

Nokia mobiles are always trustworthy. We're impressed with this mobile, especially display is very good. Little pricy though.
