It will not work with grey haired seniors. I had to return this item. I did purchase a Geek Squad Protection warranty and they reimbursed this along with the Flasher. I didn't give it an honest review because I wasn't able to use the Flasher IPL.

I used this in 5 different areas, several times a week, over 8 weeks, and it did not seem to have any affect on eliminating hair growth. I have medium dark hair (both thick and thin) and medium light skin. Directions were followed closely. By other reviews however, seems to work for some people?

Luckily it was within the time frame to return, so that's what I did. Unable to get a replacement because they are sold out.
