The product itself has a few kinks and assembly requires 2 people (I did it alone, took 4 hours, no option for assembly due to COVID-19). Delivery crew was great! For "kinks," look online or Facebook pages for product reviews. Personally, I am experiencing clicking noises when pedaling. This was expected based on those reviews, and I will be contacting Nordictrack soon.

Love my bike! The auto incline is awesome during the classes, the coaches are great too. Feels like you’re actually in a spin class with them. I really like the music selection as well. Only thing is the seat is definitely uncomfortable, but you’ll get used to it.

I was really excited for this product, after having for less than a month the tablet part has some serious delays in communication, wifi disconnects and doesn’t reconnect, it’s very heavy and hard to move, the seat is very uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the amount I paid for this product and the lack of quality it’s shown.

Very good bike. It was easy to assemble (all by myself). The bike isn't enormous and rides very smoothly and quietly. The 15in screen is plenty large enough. Decent looking graphics. Seems pretty equal to the Peleton bike. The only downside is the seat. I'm pretty slim, but it needs to be a little wider and a LOT softer. Get an alternate more comfortable saddle or get a cushioned seat cover because you WILL need it

This was my first experience with an indoor bike. I find it easy to use. Tons of workout options on ifit so you dont get bored.

Great bike for the price. Seat is not comfortable but purchased a cushion seat cover.

Excellent excercise bike. Easy to set up. Worth it if you want to serious excercise.

After researching the various products we determined that this was the best combination of build quality and technology. Best Buy had the best price thanks to our Geek Squad membership and they loaded it in our car!

Love this bike. Easy to use and operate with lots of different rides and workout. The free year of iFitness is awesome. The instructors are all excellent and there are plenty of different programs at all levels.

Great experience with on time delivery. The product is really good, easy to put together and it works seamlessly. I-Fit does a very good job at updating the system and videos are very good. I would recommend to buy it

I love my bike. It was easy to put together, the instructions were clear and concise. It is very quiet and smooth. The workouts are perfect also. Love the iFIT subscription.

This is one of the best investments I have made in a while. I don't know how easy it is to setup because I had GeekSquad install it, but the bike itself rides smoothly and the software is easy to use.

Really enjoying the NordiTrack studio cycle with ifit. Only issue is needing to really tighten the seat and handle bars when adjusting otherwise it will slide down during workouts.

Easy to set up and use. Only recommendation is that an on/off switch would be helpful as it does not power off and you have to unplug after use.

I love love love this bike. The studio classes help keep me motivated and the fact that it automatically changes resistance is a game changer

I’m a regular cyclist. I’ve had my bike for three weeks. I absolutely love it. I can’t imagine not having it. My only regret is not purchasing it earlier.

Great bike. I would buy it again. It would be great if it had an off/on switch but I just got a smart plug. The ifit instructions are amazing. Loving it!!

Love the bike with the iFit trainer. Has exactly what we were looking for. We are seeing places around the world while biking through them. The smaller 14 inch screen works for us

2 of us put together following g the directions and watching the YouTube video of a guy putting bike together. Delivery was as expected. We really like this bike.
