Have owned the bike for 1.5 months. The incline malfunctioned after about 2 weeks and now the pedal bearings are shot and need to be replaced.

Chose this over the 22 as the only difference is the screen size. Works well when we use it would definitely recommend

Amazing bike.. if you’re going to get a bike, don’t cheap out. Get one that inclines. It’s addicting and a great workout.

If you enjoy having your money thrown out the window, this is the bike for you! If you desire a headache and frustration because you have paid a lot of money on a lemon( this is not the desired choice of adjective) equipment and can’t use because you are waiting on a part/technician, then this is bike for you. If you enjoy paying for high-end bike that will eventually stop working in less than 3 months, than this is the bike for you. If you love making calls to troubleshoot issues that you are having and waiting in the que to speak to someone for long wait times, you have picked the perfect equipment. Then to only have the solution of your problem for a purchase that isn’t 3 months old to be given to in the form of a YouTube video. I had my bike since Dec.29 as of March 3, the controller has gone out and there is a 2-3 week wait for the part and then there will be additional 7-10 days for a technician to come out and replace. For the amount that you are spending on this bike, it should not be breaking with under 20 rides in. You still don’t believe me there is an entire Face Book page for NT issues where I am sure whatever the issue is, several others are having the same problem. I ignored some of the bad reviews before my purchase and I am totally mad at myself for ignoring the red flags. I wanted so much to have this bike along with all of the amenities that it had to offer. It wouldn’t be so bad if the controller had gone out , but my bike could still function perhaps on a manual use. Once the controller goes out, the bike fails at incline, resistance, and watts. This purchase was the worst MISTAKE I have ever made! This type of purchase needs more than a 15 day window for return, especially if the manufacturer has NT in its name.

Great exercise bike. Nordictrack is the top if the line in fitness equipment. Well qorth the money

IFit program with the trainers are fun and it’s just like being in a spin class. Bike is everything I wanted.

Heavy duty great workouts love having this bike so I can still workout at home!

Poorly made, not steady at all. It was hard getting the screws to tighten, the frame is wobbly/unsteady. The sit is extremely uncomfortable, the free annual membership is a joke. I want nothing more then to return this and get my money back. I have to take it back apart and haul it to the store, it is extremely heavy. Very disappointed, wish I would have bought another brand.

This bike is excellent. Best Buy even helped with the assembly which I greatly appreciate.

Great spin bike for during Covid and dont want to spring for the Peloton.
