Never worked

Plugged the connectors and wall adapter as stated on the manual. Screen came on once and then turned off. The excitement gone. Screen does not turn on and bike does not adjust when plugged into the wall. Attempted to do all the instructions to reset the bike and still not responding. The wall connector light just keeps blinking as of it has some electricity but not staying on. If was not super heaving i would be taking it back to the store this morning but you need two people to load the bike i to a truck.

Stopped working in less than 23 uses

I was planning to use it regularly for cardio. It stopped working properly In February. The incline/decline will drop to negative 10 and then return to the current setting, or do this when going up or down one selected incline. I sent a request for assistance to iFIT/Nordic Track on Feb 12th no response. A follow up message was sent on Feb 18. March 8th and still no response. Very disappointed to have spent so much on a bike that doesn’t work. More disappointed to not get a response for help with a faulty product. This product worked well until it didn’t.

This is 2019 model and handle wobbles.

I move the unit to the basement and spent hours putting the unit together. The handlebar wobbles and also found out this unit is 2019 model NTEX05119 not NTEX05121. I have purchased NordicTrack treadmill 1750 , and Rowers RW900 and very happy with these products but this is disappointing that BestBuy sold me the 2019 model without mentioning this.

We experienced problems with the bike shortly after it was delivered. Getting the problem fixed was a nightmare. To this day, we have not completely resolved the issues.

Controller Board Quit 3 Weeks In

Its being replaced but not for a month because I was told ALL their parts come from China. No compensation offered either.

Upset with my choice

Can't change neither resistance nor elevation. After writing/calling forward/backward broken parts were ordered (under warranty) on August 12, 2020. Today September 16, 2020, still waiting for my part. Oh, and I have an active IFIT membership for one year. Just thinking what comes first: the part or the end of my membership.

Too bad it stopped working after one week

It is not Best Buy's fault, I just think the product is not very good. We had purchased a 4-year warranty and knew we could get a replacement, no questions asked, but it was a very poor indication of future potential problems that it died within one week; so we decided to get our money back. I wish it had worked well, I really wanted it to!

Buffering problem

Buffering all the time. Google and you will see everyone struggle with it with no assistance from the company. 5 star for mechanics and 1 star for experience.

Resistance motor doesn't work.

We’re sorry the resistance on your unit isn’t working. You may have already reached out to us to resolve this. Know that issues such as this are not common.
If the resistance does not change but the incline does function, calibrate the incline and then ensure the bike is inclined up toward the ceiling at +10% before trying to change the resistance to check for resistance functionality. This test will let you know if resistance is not longer responding due to the motor or something else.
