    Very bad quality. It died after the first ride. Best Buy will not send anyone to fix it. I made a mistake buying this product. With lot of effort was able return it

    I've had this bike for 6 weeks and the screen no longer works. Hopefully Nordic track will offer a solution.

    Great Bike but Content with IFIT is lacking.

    The bike is solid and very, very well built. But my cons are if you like outdoor riding like trails in the mountains or riding in the streets of San Francisco for example than this bike is for you. So I'm a studio kind of gal. I love music that are top hits for example pop, some EDM and even rap mix with oldies. Also love the trainers that get you up and moving in all potions with the beat of the music with the use the weights. NOT Saddle and using the incline the whole time. My point is it appeals to a older crowd not a younger crowd. So I'm returning the bike.

    I’ve had this bike for 5 months now and ride 3 times a week. Works great, has awesome features like the built in fan, incline, and tray, and iFit has a huge variety of classes. Did have a challenging assembly, I’d guess some of the mechanical issues people have experienced were from incorrect assembly. Other bikes come assembled so if you’re not a builder that might be a better option for you. I’m fortunate to be married to a mechanical engineer with a skill for such things.

    This $1000+ piece of sh. engineering failed after being used 10 times within 3 years, the display would no longer power-up, all the reset efforts were not successful. All I can say is that for this kind of money I would expect better quality product. Now they want $200 to diagnose it , no thank you, I already checked replacement screen cost $900, My recommendation to the manufacturer: please stop making junk, ensure that your product is reliable, and can last 10+ years, otherwise you are not hitting a minimum quality bar for most customers. Now I wonder what it would cost to dispose it , you can have it back for free, extremely dissapointed.

    If I could give this bike less I would. In the 2 years we have owned we have replaced the resistance motor 3 times. First time was through icon fitness and the motor was $50-100 (can't remember). The other two I purchased new myself and installed (cost $20 on Amazon). The bike continually disconnect from our internet which is high speed fiber optic (no other issues with connections). Most recently the resistance quit again and the console continuously reboots and never get to start up screen. I checked all connections and noticed rapidly blinking lights on control board. I replace control board ($150) and it still does not work. It has been a big waste of space in our gym room. It has not worked longer than it did work. Would never recommend Nordic track. Terrible customer service. Still interested....don't say I didn't warn you.

    I purchased this very expensive NordicTrack S15i in 2020. (It was $2,500 back then.) It worked for a year. Then I did not use it for 6 months. When I powered it up after a 6 month break, it was dead. Dark screen. No longer worked. I had not moved it. Had not touched it. It had not even been plugged in for 6 months. But it was dead. I called NordicTrack, who informed me that it was out of warranty and I would need to spend $700 to get a new console. Since I had not moved, powered, or really even touched the thing between the time it last worked and the time it was dead, I can only assume that there is some kind of self destruct in the unit that blows it up the minute the warranty expires. I will never purchase another product from NordicTrack ever again.
