    Rotating screen - great for cross training

    I am an employee of Best Buy. I love that this machine comes with lots of cross-training workouts and the screen rotates so I can easily follow-along with the class whether I'm on or off the bike. The bike also comes with 5 lb hand weights for people like me who use more of the cross-training exercises. However, I swapped my weights out for a heavier set but they do still fit into holder tray on the bike which is nice!

    I am really surprised with this product and the integration of technology that makes it really interesting, fun and motivating to workout everyday at home. It is the newest technology, many times I do not have time to workout, because im really busy. But the Nordictrack with the iFit Coach gives me motivation to have different workouts everyday made for me, without living my home. Many times I also use the weights to compliment and have a full workout, so its really complete. Its a long term investment but that is really worth it when you evaluate the benefits, technology and dedicated workouts that you have. Specially for people like me that dont have time to go out to a gym, so when I get home its perfect.

    I paid extra to have this installed by best buy. The service text who installed it had never done it before. They look like teenagers who could barely read the instructions. Took them hours to assemble it. Fast forward 4 years and it completely stopped working after minimal use. Upon taking the case off of the power incline motor I noticed that one of the text had sent a screw straight through one of the wires. Exposing the copper. Probably art and bricked the machine is my assumption. Called for help from NordicTrack and they wanted to send us a new screen for almost $500. Lol. Never buying exercise equipment from Best buy again.

    Got this bike instead of the Peloton mainly because of value. The year-long iFit membership is a huge bonus. So far, extremely impressed with build quality and the user interface. My wife and I are able to squeeze in some great cardio sessions every day that are actually fun.

    My NordicTrack S22i Studio Cycle was installed quickly and we were given a demo of how to use it and all of it's features and functionalities by the Geek Squad team and I seriously appreciated it so much! Gyms are overwhelming to me, because I oftentimes do not know how to properly use the equipment or I'm conscious that I am not fully utilizing it's features to its full capacity. I'm so glad Best Buy has a new Connected Fitness category now. Woohoo! And NordicTrack S22i Studio Cycle is awesome - I watch my shows while I use the studio cycle or I'll utilize the workouts on the iFit monitor attached to my studio cycle. I canceled my gym membership and have been doing 5+ miles 3-4 times each week and seeing results! YAY!

    I wouldn't buy a Nordictrack S22i

    I purchased a Nordictrack S22i two years ago and the console and ac/dc input needs to be replaced. Of course, there was only the standard 1 year warranty. There has to be another bike with a better warranty. Its not worth the 2400 I paid w/tax and setup. Im very disappointed and definitely will not buy anything Nordictrack. I should have know better with a one year warranty on parts.

    Spend the money for geek squad and check out reviews from nordictrack most complaints are a faulty bike from the onset and the third party installer will leave you to deal with nordictrack with a faulty bike. Geek squad has you covered that won’t happen with them you can return it for free if faulty. I just got it last night and I am super pleased! Fingers crossed it continues to perform! Very engaging bike to take the mind off of the exercise boredom. You feel the burn the very first ride and the saddle soreness so be ready with a seat cushion for it

    Bike is fine, customer service is horrendous

    My husband and I purchased a NordicTrack s22i after much research into similar equipment. We chose this bike for the features versus the price. When we received the bike and put it together we found a manufacturer defect in the threading of the seat adjuster knob rendering the bike useless until repaired. It took three weeks to get this issue resolved - after so much run around, waiting on hold, constantly redirected to another department, receiving no responses, when responses were received it was as if they responded to a random question rather than actually reading my emails and generally no sympathy for that fact this this was not my error but theirs. The bike now works fine, but the amount of stress and time is caused me to get the bike fixed, i just get angry every time i look at the bike. There are some design issues, like 1)the screen doesn't ever fully turn off, even though is says online that it does, it only dims so you have to unplug it to turn off the screen fully 2) the handle bars in the middle could be bigger instead of having the weights right in front of you and 3) I am fairly short 5,3" and i hit the cup holders with my knees from time to time, not a huge issue. There is still an issue to resolve with my membership as no one told us there was an activation email that you receive when you purchase the bike from the website that usually goes to your junk mail and is only active for 48 hours. I'm dreading calling ifit again to resolve this. If you live in Canada, do not buy this bike or at the very least get the bike delivery and install as talking to customer service after the fact is a horrible process that is not worth your time. I am strongly thinking about returning this product because i do not want to support a company with such poor service nor do i ever want to have to deal with customer service again were anything else to happen with this bike. I feel like i entered the twilight zone when i started dealing with this issue. Given the one song that plays on repeat when you are on hold, for at least an hour, with ifit canada, you may want to poke out your eardrums. Also customer service does not pick up the phone on weekends nor during lunch time eastern time. The voice messages were surprisingly brash. The only good part of this experience was the technician i dealt with. However he was not supposed to talk to me until the parts arrive - which i might add were not needed, as i had told customer service and was later confirmed by the tech and customer service would not listen, so i lost a week and a half just waiting - the tech did come early, which was good as he needed a special tool to fix the bike, but ifit would not respond to him for over 1.5 week with the tool specifications. I can understand a company being understaffed - but no sympathy or urgency to fix a manufacturer defect is completely unacceptable. I was on my own with this issue. I regret this purchase. Since ifit is the main provider for so many of these types of bikes, i have no choice but to go to the competitor, peloton

    Monitor quit working on the first one, on about the second year. Replacement didn't work at all. Got a refund. Must have just gotten unlucky on two units...

    We are so disappointed with the start of our relationship with NordicTrack. We bought you vs Peleton because we felt your service was excellent, at least during the buying and setting up delivery. After you received our money, your service and service providers have been a nightmare!! The delivery date was supposed to be Jan 13, 2021. I had to spend so much energy and numerous emails and telephone calls because this communication between the order taker and the delivery was horrible! Then we received our bike yesterday and the instruction to bring it to our 2nd floor were not completed. The delivery, Squire Delivery, wouldn’t bring it there. So we have a bike in on first floor that we can’t use. Our neighbor bought a Peleton and they have had perfect service and the delivery brought it to their 2nd floor without any issue. Sad and definitely not glad about Nordic and will write this in my review! DR

    Really great for my knees

    I'm usually a runner, but this cycle is so much better on my knees than running on pavement all the time. The extra features make me excited to use this and I'm sure I will really enjoy getting fit this year!

    Please stay away from this crap bike. It does not give you any specific additional function other than standard $499 bikes, and it's just crap, and it never works properly. The machine has good built-in quality, except a few parts are very cheap, and it never gives any particular return other than the iFit app. If this machine has any issues, the RUDE customer service center puts you in a tough time for the return, and they loot your $500+ from the purchase price. PLEASE DON'T BUY. If anyone gives a 5 STAR rating on this Expensive one, they never used standard $499 bikes. You have to pay more and more for what they offer different qualities other than a standard machine.

    As other one star reviews have noted, 3 minute boot up, drops wifi constantly increasing boot up time to possibly 6 minutes. Poor handle bar, seat, pedal positioning so you can't get it to match what you are used to. Handlebars are unlike any handlebars I own. THE WORST PART: Nordictrack Service is AWFUL!!! If your machine goes bad like mine you will spend DAYS on hold on the phone trying to get the thing fixed. IFIT is okay but too expensive. I am looking to ditch this thing.

    Mine is complete garbage, anyone else reading this experiencing issues? The hardware is awesome but the software is horrendous. Mine crashes regularly in the middle of workouts and when it reboots, the automatic incline and resistance doesn't work until you restart the workout. Ever get halfway up a mountain in Switzerland only to get thrown back to the bottom? When it does work, you'll spend your warmup session scrolling through a laggy "browse" feature to try and recognize your trainers face. Why? There is no search or filter. Want to just do a road bike workout? Those are spread through 10 pages of spin class and trail rides. I did yoga 1 time and yet, that's the first workout they show on my home page as "popular". That yoga trainer must be the CEO's wife.

    Repeated mechanical problems; service is horrible

    We have had an s22i for approximately 6 months. It has been broken for approximately 5 of those 6 months, either because it is defectively designed or defectively manufactured. In any event, no one will resolve the issues other than sending us replacement parts that break again or replacement parts without any instructions as to how to install them and/or disassemble the bike in order to do so (e.g. resistance motor). So we paid $2000 for a bike plus another $200 for installation for one month of use of the bike. Their customer service has been the worst I have seen in my 44 years of living on planet earth. Bike would be great if it worked as advertised. But it doesn't. Ever.

    Bike itself is very nice and it has some good classes but the connection to their website, app, usability and customer support are very poor and extremely frustrating. I have mine for 4 weeks and I I still have not managed to fix the connectivity issues and my membership. There is no place to ask for good support. The only response I finely got was irrelevant to my issue. It is not user friendly at all , I truly think if you plan spend that much money you might think of a different brand.

    We purchased this product, and when it arrived there was an internal component that was defective. The bike was never able to be turned on. NordicTrack refused to replace the unit, and is charging us $500 as their restockIng fee. The customer service reps have been impossible to get hold of, and are dismissive and unwilling to help. To reiterate* They sent me a broken bike, and are charging me to take it back. Let. That. Sink. In. 0/10. Horrible company

    No hardware kit, no directions, no way to assemble

    I bought mine direct from Nordic Track. It was delivered on time and the package was in good condition. Unfortunately, it arrived without the hardware kit to assemble it or any printed instructions. I contacted support the day after I received it to have these items shipped to me, but now, 3 weeks later, still nothing. I did have to register it prior to them agreeing to ship out the items, so now I am 3 weeks into the warranty with nothing but a bunch of pieces laying on the floor that can't be put together. Maybe someday i will be able to update this to a more positive review if i ever get the parts so i can assemble it and ride it......
