Sorry that you are not feeling a difference in the resistance. There should be a higher difficulty as the levels increase.

Poor experience

After an hour of unboxing and putting it together the rower started up for a few minutes before shutting down - never to start again. After five hours on hold with BestBuy and NordicTrack only to be told there is nothing either company would do to send me a new piece of equipment, I’ve decided to not shop at either store again. Terrible service after so much time spent on hold, multiple disconnects, speaking with supervisors only to return void and ultimately with a piece of brand new equipment that won’t work. Ultimately Bestbuy scheduled a time to pickup the broken piece of junk without any replacement. The search continues without Bestbuy or NordicTrack as options.

The features we wanted and paid extra for are not there. NordicTrack will not answer their customer service line and wants me to pay $5 when I go to the online service. Want my $$ back! Wanda
