Nonissue said identified and works smoothly in backend without any issues. VPN is also a good add-on with good network speed. Highly recommend this.

LONG TIME USER OF NORTON

Long time ago I did have bugs with the program, but the last ten or so years it's been as smooth as silk. Best buy had completive price, plus getting it digitally was fast.

Intangible Validation

After finally getting in touch with a rep, they sent a link to downloard directly from Norton's site as Norton's site is also convoluted. After finally downloading (1 hr later), I ran a full scan and it did find a few lingering old trojan's which I appreciated but if using their secure VPN, let it be known that your speed is dramtically cut down as well as not being able to open links. The choice is yours whether to continue using the VPN but I choose not to as connecting to my work network is impossible with the VPN on. I noted intangible only because I can't tell if it's actually running a protecting my computer as spam emails keep coming through as well even though both the address and content is clearly obvious it should have been caught or flagged. I also physically run the scans since again, I cannot tell if the system does or not and sometimes there is lag so I can't tell if my laptop is infected or a scan is running in the background. All intangible attributes.

Annual Exercise in Frustration

The reason for my 3 stars instead of 5 stars is that it is a pain to download it on my devices plus it doesn’t recognize the device it has already been downloaded on. Also its device count is “off”. Plus it automatically opts you into annual renewal and you have to find it on it’s website to opt out.

It did not work and I had to spend over an hour with tech support to get the link and then download. Either sell the physical copy or get your digital links working better...
