unit works like it should. almost all the popcorn pops everytime. i would but again.

If you pop heirloom or smaller popcorn, this popper does not pop the kernels well because the metal part is too high to move the popcorn. It also takes much longer to cook the popcorn than any of my old ones. I consider myself an expert popcorn popper (lol) and they did not fit my needs.
