The hot dog tastes "grilled" & the bun gets warmed up so it's better than the usual mushy boiled dogs. This is a great novelty item and does a decent enough job. The low price makes it a worthwhile purchase plus it's a great conversation starter.

We bought this little toaster for our son's baseball themed birthday party. It was a hit! My son loves it... it works well. We find ourselves not using it at home very often b/c, like the regular toaster, we store it in the pantry.

I love this hot dog maker. it makes making hot dogs so convenient. If it is a bratwarst I sometimes have to push the button down to cook twice or if I am cooking a hot dog from frozen. Toasts a perfect bun. The bun sometimes sticks, so that is why I give this a 4 star. Other wise amazing if you love a good roasted hot dog

I have had one for quite some time. Bought this one for a new home. It cooks hot dogs very well and toasts the bun as well. Easy and quick for something to go!

Doesn't take as long to make hot dogs and it makes the taste and texture much better

Ok, 5 to 6 days a week, when I do runs for company, I stop at a FastFood establishment for a hotdog or burger... $400+ each month EASY! (Buying for my wife and myself each trip daily) This, makes it so I haven't gone to one in weeks! I grabbed some Turkey franks and bags of buns, threw them in the store freezer and now I'm down to $30 per month? Wow! BUT!!! You MUST clean the Bun sides after use or your bread will stick. I found out QUICKLY, don't use buns that are Humid or out of Freezer or it becomes GLUE! Oh yeah, FULL BUN LENGHT Franks fit PERFECTLY!!! Nom Nom Nom!

Just got this and I am blown away by it's simplicity and total awesomeness. I can cook a full meal in less time than before, and I don't even have to turn on the microwave. Great gift idea for all occasions.

I love the concept of the hot dog and bun warmer. Having some problems getting the setting correct. The hot dog does not get very hot but I do not want to burn the bun. Maybe the hot dog needs to be room temperature? I'll keep working on it. Hopefully, once the correct setting / process is discovered, it will be great.

This product looks great! However it does not heat your hot dogs at all. I had to run one hot dog three times in order to feel that it was warming it. Very dissapointed.

Don`t waste your time on this one...Looks great, but does not cook well... might as well put the franks in a pot of water and cook them, you will have better luck of them being done...And it burns the buns when you try to get the franks done..Avoid item......Not worth the price...

It does a good job of toasting the buns but the hot dogs come out at about the same temperature you put them in. I either run the hot dogs through once without the bun and then with the bun or microwave the hot dogs a little before putting them in. Also, you have to use really skinny hot dogs as anything of even average size will stick in the hot dog holder. Kid's seem to get a kick out of it though.

We love Hot Dogs and really thought this item would be perfect and make it easier to prepare but on the highest setting the buns only toasted around the edges and were not warm and the wieners were still cold. Took 4 minutes to do nothing. Not sure if it is defective or just a bad product? Returning this back to Best Buy.

This product is fun to use, although for more than one or two people, it's not as quick as I would like.

Only heats one hot dog (maybe), then needs to cool off for 15 minutes or so.

KIds love it. Easy to use and no mess to clean up.
