Couldn't beat it for the price. However, multiple drawbacks. 1. It uses AA batteries. 2. The battery cover is pretty fragile. I actually broke the little locking tab putting it on. I was going to return the item, then it dawned on me - lets try to fix it instead. Got a wiring diagram for a USB plug (it supplies 5v to the outer connectors). Disconnected the wires to the battery pack. Figure out which wire supplied the voltage with a multimeter. Soldered on the wires to a broken lightning cable (assumed the lightning side was broken). Connected it to a battery pack and voila fixed the deficiencies. Only now it vibrates a little faster since the batteries only provided 3v and usb is 5v. If you have a small enough battery pack then you can stuff it into the pillow, otherwise you can connect it externally.

This is the best little pillow that I’ve ever had It works very well for a little pillow And the price was right The only complaint is the battery size 2 AAs To me should have the bigger battery D’s size

The cover is really soft. It is a nice relaxing vibration on your shoulders and lower back. I like y try hat you can use it for lumbar support in the car. Great gift, too

The straps don't connect so I had to tie is around the back of my computer chair. Otherwise the vibration is relaxing and comfortable.

Good for what it is. I’ve attached a picture that shows where the massager is in the pillow. Depending on which way you lay, you can feel the vibration more or less! I find this to be a positive, because it gives you more control over the intensity! It does require 2 double A batteries and does not include them.

Easily worth $20. Need to be on the side of the battery pack to get noticeable vibration. When you get in the right position, it’s a winner for the price.

Nice and soft pillow nice to use for my neck and lower back. I enjoy the handles on the sides it helps to adjust the intensity I want. Will enjoy using this product.

I've been using this quite a bit for my lower back soreness and its worked out great! It is a great neck pillow and nice for lumbar support.

I use it in my office chair to pad where the arm and back connect so when I lean I won't have the arm dig into my ribs. I love that I can use the handles to tie it to the arm.

Soft comfy material. The vibrating pack is awful. Not something i believe will really help.

Love the versatility of where I can use this. I can use it if my arm, shoulder, leg or neck hurts. Also makes a good prop when laying on your side.

Super comfy - use when I'm working from home for some lumbar relief. I've used it a few times watching TV/behind my neck which is also comfortable and soft. Super easy to use.

Cool product. Purchased for a great price, can use as a pillow as well. Runs on typical AA batteries.

Its a pretty good pillow and works great only con is that the plastic battery box i side pillow rattles when its turned on so if you are ok with that then you will love it

Not useful at all. You won't feel a thing. Not recommended at all. Waste of money.
